This place was impressive considering the location! 1st time, not my reg Chickfila since I'm from Cypress! I was stressing out because my daughter needs some lunch and I had an appt on San Felipe. Roads around here stressful traffic. But the service we received and quality of food made up for it. Thank you CF for keeping it Real! Getting in n out of this place was a bit of a maze and well watch yourself. Locals be locals!
Adding the express drive thru is NOT working for this location. When I gets busy, the crew outside can make or break it.Just had the worst experience. Tonight's team was not even attempting to direct the flow. Many cars were being skip0ed at the merging spot due to other aggressive drivers that for me personally, took 45minutes for a usually 10 minute max trip.They can't implement a third lane and yet take no responsibility on trying to keep things organized. That's insane.
place sucks never again just got food from there and there is a fly in my girlfriend drink. they didn't give her a straw so she went to open it and drink it and this is what we found
Order missing items and not correct through Ordering on app and delivery service.i tried calling 3 times and no one picked up I had to return to Chick-fil-A for missing item's and incorrect order. The female manager at the window was rude and argumentative by telling me what I need to do when I order and what she don't see on the ticket that was presented. She stated "yes, I made that order but Ubereats left it." I didn't receive an apology or a courtesy response. Poor customer service
If you want fresh good salad dont come to this location, i got strawberries with mole in them . They cant sayy it was an accident because you could clearly see it when opening the salad , it’s disgusting. I had to drive back and get a salad with no strawberries and didnt even get a refund !
Great place! Service is quick and if you are looking for low fat options they have them available.
got a grilled sandwich meal with a lemonade. drink barely has any ice, lettuce looks rotten on my sandwich, and didn’t get any sauces i ordered.

Swung by this location today 02/16/22 and to many employees just standing around outside in the drive-thru line being very loud cursing and being disrespectful. The only reason why I gave this location 3 stars is because Jesse and the black lady at the drive-thru window wearing a face shield were very kind and respectful.
