Well as a graduate of Bellaire and having a daughter attend the same school, I am certainly disappointed that our relationship is at this point. Having my order correct used to be your pleasure. At this point, it does not seem that was the case.The main issue is giving us the wrong drink, taking it back and giving it to the person it actually belonged to. I believe that may be a health code violation. Even it is ot, it just seems unsanitary.That's enough to cause concern.At any rate, I am limiting my visits if not eliminating them all together especially this location.Jesse, I am quite disappointed and have never thought i would have to write this. I always enjoy talking to you when I come. Orlando did not represent you well at all.
Im so mad i couldnt get my spicy chicken hot on my salad when i can go to any other location and get it. It usually takes 8 mins to cook the spicy hot grilled chicken. As soon as i put in my order it was ready. I instantly knew it wasn’t correct because the chicken is always cook on request.
So I went back today to see if anything changed the service as far as being friendly has improved however they still have people that don’t understand proper English and not to sound like a Karen because I myself Ms Velasquez Love Hispanic people but don’t hire someone to take peoples orders that can’t comprehend or understand the English language correctly and ended up overcharging me for my salad they actually charge me separately for the chicken that comes on the salad not happy about paying extra in these times for something that actually comes with the item
Biscuit sandwich had option for bacon or sausage. So I chose bacon and literally that's all I got was only bacon in the biscuit sandwich that I discovered when I got home. No egg or cheese.
Never had a problem but this time was bad first I didn’t not get that I ordered in salad and then I was about to eat when I saw a fly in my salad not acceptable !!!!
I put a delivery order today, I ordered two chicken biscuit sandwich and they sent the sandwich without chicken. I called the manager and he offered to send another sandwich but the sandwich came with grilled chicken instead the chicken-fill-a fillet. I really hates the grill chicken it’s my second time with the same problem. Always put “with chicken “ cause they never send chicken in my sandwich. Sorry Chick-fil-A meyerland :(
The drive thru line is quick. Of course the staff is friendly. Never had a bad experience here.
This location used to be excellent. Now, it’s anything but. Delivery regularly takes an hour or longer and by the time it arrives, the food is cold and the fries are soggy. They’ve started skimping on fries as well. They used to be filled to the top, often overflowing. Now, they’re usually half full—if you’re lucky. The past couple of orders, they didn’t give us any straws, which I just don’t understand. You grab 3 cups, make 3 drinks, grab 3 lids, put 3 lids on cups, hand 3 drinks to someone, and yet you give them 0 straws? Kind of a crucial part in the whole process! The drive-thru, while generally efficient, is overwhelming and, honestly, panic-inducing. Lastly, and this is not directed at this location but at CFA corporate—the mobile app sucks. Just flat out sucks. Was never great, but was better before you started a messing with it and adding all the unnecessary garbage. Now, it’s a convoluted mess where trying to just order some food—the sole purpose of the app—has quickly become more tedious and difficult than it’s worth. I’m done with CFA until they make some necessary changes.
Usually I have no problems with my orders through the drive thru and I would have given them a higher score but they again forgot my hash browns. It didn't sit right with me when the young lady put the blame on the bagger and no one felt the need to apologize for the inconvenience It caused me
Order online every time. Don't understand why they don't prepare food and have it ready when arriving. Every time they start your order when you arrive. What's the purpose of ordering online if you have to stand around and wait 10-15 minutes for the order. Could have just gone through the drive thru. App says it tracks you but apparently that is not working. Food was good as usual and order was correct but timing needs adjustment.
