Waited over 10 minutes for my curbside order yesterday. 2 other cars who arrived after me got their orders first. Neither of the curbside workers who both saw me waiting stopped at my car to ask if I had been helped to check on my order. I had to roll my window down and let the lady know I had been waiting. When she returned she apologized for “missing the order”. She even looked at the bag and saw the time. The owner typed a generic response yesterday to my initial 2 line review trying to escape a simple mistake but rather made a poor excuse by saying they were likely out of something in the kitchen /waiting for something for my order when indeed it was an oversight and his staff just missed my order. It would have been more appropriate for him not to assume my order was delayed because of a missing product because it appears he thinks his team is perfect and it’s never their fault (even after reading his/her nonchalant responses to other reviews). To the owner: you weren’t there overseeing my order so next time don’t make a false/blind assumption to justify why service wasn’t good.
My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to this Chick-fil-A Restaurant. The Youth's Staff Members were very polite, friendly and professional. They were quick but patient when take our order. I like to see young people working, well-trained and skillful. The food was hot ? and delicious ?. We appreciate the effort and experience. Chick-fil-A
Man seriously I never had a bad exp at chik fil a but if I'm paying for a large I expect a large. Not a medium poured into a large cup.
We order from this location every week. My kids love it! We always do curbside. The service is awesome. Always friendly. So when there is a little something not quite right with our order it’s ok. Tonight we were missing some big items. I called, not sure what to expect, and Nicole was awesome! Thank you for the terrific customer service. It is very much appreciated!!
Love the location of this cfa because it is so much closer than the Mason rd one. The customer service DURING THE DAY is always phenomenal, but I've gone a couple times in the evening and the service is completely different. Once I went around 9, and I get that bothers food places because they're getting ready to close for the night but the cashier that night was so rude, even when handing me my food. Will definitely stick to coming during the day ONLY.
Ordered meal for Curbside. They forgot to issue me my milkshake and gave me a spicy sandwich instead of regular. The manager made it right after 30 minutes of waiting. Usually customer service isn't bad here so it could have been a fluke.
I did curbside for the first time and it was awful. They took 20 minutes to get my food and then the manager came outside and apologize for the wait. That the workers misplaced my food. Which is fine and understandable but the reason why I’m giving one star is because they gave me cold food. If my food is sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and ends up being cold why give it to me? My fries were soggy and cold.I thought curbside would’ve been more of a convenience to everyone including but it ended up just being a waste of my time and money Because I didn’t enjoy my food.
I went inside for a change of pace. And this place was so clean, and the crew working was quiet. They were all busting their buttons and getting it done. Food was fresh and delicious. Fast as well. I was utterly amazed...
This is the best run location I have visited. My chicken is always perfectly cooked.
I'm not really an everyday Chick-fil-A person so in saying that, when I came thru the drive-thru it was hard to order with no menu. I'm sure it doesn't matter for people who know what they want but I didn't really know. I also get that it moves faster with no menu. Other than that it was cool. The line moved fast and the food was good
