Every time I go to this store, they always get my order wrong. Last time my salad had no dressing or sides with it; and this time the chick charged me for 2 extra meals that I didn’t want.
The owner/company needs to stop allowing traffic to block the intersection. I've come close to getting hit multiple times because I can't go around to pass the line that is in the middle of the intersection. If someone gets hurt or killed, it will be the owner/company's fault for allowing this to continue. The food and service is NOT worth anyone's life.
I was looking forward to having Chick-fil-A today. It’s been a while since I’ve gone there.Unfortunately, they’ve changed. I had ordered a cool wrap and large waffle fries. The meat in the cook wrap is not sliced thinly. Now it’s cut in chunks. Why change a good thing?Also, the amount of fries I got is the amount you see in the picture.Before leaving the drive-thru, I told the girl there that they didn’t fill it up all the way. But she said, “That’s what we do now.”I’m so disappointed. Hence, the rating I gave. When you’re looking forward to having something that you haven’t had in a long time and your expectations aren’t met, it’s a real letdown.They used to be generous. Oh well. There are other places I know of that are still generous with the amount of food they give.I’m not buying food from Chick-fil-A anymore.
Great staff, great location, right by my house. Unfortunately we will continue to drive to the Cypress location since their playground is open. The kids had a blast! The 249 location advised they were using the playground for an employee break room. Not very kid friendly. Disappointing
I've been going to Chick-fil-A for years, and always have had a consistent hot fresh product. This time at 11:15 in the morning I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the regular chicken sandwich I ordered. It was cold, and the lettuce was wilted. Definitely not what I'm used to from Chick-fil-A and certainly a poor second or third from Jack in The box and it's cluck sandwich
Your average chickfila with average prices and average food. It all works so no complaints. The people are jolly and smiling going about their business. Always get quick service and quality food for the price. Big parking lot enough to swing a trailer in for products. chickfila is always a good quick healthier option.
The food was good as usual, but they have too much of the parking lot blocked for drive through. Myself and others couldn't even come close to parking properly in a spot and have to take up multiple spots not by choice.
I visited this particular Chick Fil A and ordered the 12 piece grilled nuggets and was extremely disappointed that I only received 9 nuggets in the container. I couldn’t believe it. Message to management: make sure that you run an honest business on counting the nuggets!!

Order taker was Courteous/Great. But, once I approached the window, to receive My order, the attendant seem Condescending & Rude. Also...was charged for an Medium upgrade, but received a small??? Was Not Pleased @ all w/ this particular location. No Military/EMS discounts Honored here.
