Under new management. The owner, managers and employees are all new. This location has gone downhill fast. Employees are super rude, my orders have not been filled correctly and the food has been served cold and soggy. They take your order, don’t listen or respond to your questions or statements and say “ here ya go” when handing you your food. The disheartening fact is….. they don’t care. Despite the verbal and written complaints, they are not making any effort to change. Read the FB and Google reviews within the last year. They are all true. I’ve had similar experiences.I’ve been going to this location since it opened. If I remember correctly, this location opened to the public around 2009 the service and food was superb. This location used to genuinely greet you with a smile, ask about your day and always say “ my pleasure “First covid, now this! If you are having a bad day, they will make it worst. We want the original owner and crew back. ASAP
Every time I go to this location, they do not fill the fries up, I’m paying for a large and getting a medium actually. If I order a medium, they do the same thing and don’t fill it up. I ONLY have this issue at THIS location!!! They never include sauce or straws in the bags either. I have had this issue the past 5-10 times I order from this location. It used to be great but service has gone downhill.
This location is okay. Of course staff, order and food are always on point. My only problem is that this location does not have curbside pickup, which makes the app purposeless. Even if I order ahead of time, I still have to wait for everyone else in front of me to order first. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry or impatient.
Always nice crew and more than helpful on those indecisive days when you don't know what you want to have
This location used to be the best at customer service, food taste, etc. In the past year they’ve gone down. From forgetting things in your order to employees being rude. The summerwood location is always on top of things, rather make the drive that way if you don’t want to be missing things or dealing with rude employees.
Placed an order to avoid the 20 minute wait time and when I drive in to pick my order up they don’t have it ready because they start the order once I get to the restaurant. It served no purpose in ordering on the app if I still have to wait for my order to be ready. Now order was placed 20 minutes ahead of me getting to the restaurant and another 10 minutes on the drive thru and another 10 minutes on the waiting area
Best Chick-fil-A location on the East side. They're food is always on point fresh and hot. The drive-thru line might be intimidating however these guys have you in and out that line no more then five minutes if not less no matter how long that line is. Kudos to the staff and management, keep up the excellent job!

They’re pretty quick but lately my order has been wrong. Like for the past 3 times annoying.
I love Chick Fil A!!! The food and lemonade is consistent, no matter which restaurant you go to, or which city you go to.The staff is always friendly and greet you and "thank you". I LOVE that about this company!!!!!They have never gotten my order wrong to date, and that says ALOT!!!THEIR LEMONADE IS THE BEST!!!!! ❤The drive through goes really fast, no matter how long the line is, it goes fast.My husband orders food from them during his lunch break and they deliver to his job. He has never had them mess up on his order to this date. He is always very happy with the quality of food.I do recommend this company restaurants. I wish I could buy one of their franchises! ?
