We spent $64.48 today and the cashier w was awesome and put our requests on the receipt of what we didn't want on our sandwiches. I don't eat mayo and they put it anyway and put tomatoes on my son's which we asked them not to do. They put jalapeños on my husband fries which he didn't want. We never tasted the food although it did look tasty.We got a refund instead. In food establishments you should mark which don't have this or that. I won't be going back. This was my first time even though I've heard numerous people tell me they don't understand how to make a sandwiche per request, they only know to make it the way it comes no matter how you order it.Today proved that to be true
Rude lady at the register, she looks new. Really nice crew here other than her. She mistakenly heard me telling her I didn’t want veggies and just took off the grilled veggies when I stated no veggies at all then when I came back to tell the cooks, the register girl rudely mentioned how I said “grilled veggies” when I didn’t say the word grilled at all as if it was my fault. But other than that, nice crew.
Rosa is a mess. Very unprofessional. Please get rid of her. She has her family members and friends to go under the store website to make false reviews about the employees there then turns around and terminate the employee without asking them if any of it is true. Just went by the fake customer review before seeing if the employee did what they said that they did. This is not the correct way to handle that. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone as long as Rosa is still employed there.
What I was very disappointed to see was the way Rosa talks to her employees she is very unprofessional Rosa leadership skills is very bad . I been in the United States Army and sad Rosa leadership skills very very low and Rosa is a manger.
While I was watching my food getting cooked the lady on the grill named Makala coughed on the meat without her masked being covered so I wanted a refund she snatched my receipt out my hand when I confronted her very BAD customer service can anyone do something about it so I can come back for some more food I love this place!!!
Candice who worked the register was extremely rude and appeared to not even want to take our order. After rolling her eyes at me and my wife for taking too long on our order She forgot to give us our drinks as well which we had to get from the servers on the line as long as Candace works here I cannot recommend this location
This location has the most rudest unprofessional manager I have ever witnessed. “Rosa” the manager, she’s rude and speaks to her employees like they mean nothing. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I’ve worked in management for five years and I have never be littled my staff the way she does. How would any company allow for management to treat line staff the way she does. I would not recommend this location until corporate steps in and does something about “Rosa” and her attitude. The indicates low employee moral.
I ordered a Buffalo Philly steak. When I ordered it, I asked for no veggies on it. After receiving my order, I saw that there was. I then proceeded to ask them again to redo my order. I then opened my box a second time and there were veggies. I asked again for them to redo my order and the lady seemed annoyed. I'm unsure why all of this took about 20 mins to remove something I asked for to begin with. At the end of everything, I just didn't feel like I got the help and customer service I should have received.
I love love love this place ! The quality of their cheesesteaks are contrast to no other . The staff is always so friendly and with Smiles . It’s definitely refreshing . We ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak and the my husband purchased the bacon 3 cheese sandwich. At the register the young lady at the register also helped with us getting a small 5.00 discount. We were extremely grateful. Overall this is your spot in Houston it never disappoints.
