I ordered a large philly chicken sandwich combo and they gave me NOT EVEN 10 fries in the bag. I asked the lady working if they can add more fries since i did get the large combo and the lady ignored me and another worker male came up to me saying "thats how much fries we give." I explained to him and the tall male manager that i got the large combo and there are barely any fries in there and he ignores me. The lady throws away my fries and said the fries are being made. I also asked for extra mayo on the side and there was no mayo in the bag so i asked the lady for mayo. She gave me about a teaspoon of mayo in a cup. I asked her for more mayo and she gave me another cup with the same amount of mayo and rolled her eyes at me. She then gave me the fries and this time there were less fries in my bag. I dont understand what the point was to trash my fries and give me a lesser amount of fries the 2nd time?? Horrible services! Every single employee had an attitude here and unfortunately for me my child was hungry and i didnt want to keep him hungry any longer which is why i kept the food. I will never again return to this place. Horrible and cheap services!
First eating at this location. I told them I only wanted onions and mushrooms and they put everything on my sub. I explained to the lady who gave me my order it was not correct. She got a attitude and said that's not what I told the cashier and next time to read my order. I told her the guy cashier repeated my order correctly but since it seems like a issue for her and he attitude was so ugly to correct my order I requested my money back. I'm not going to argue over something I knew I said. Just rude and unprofessional. Never eating at this nasty place.
Usually one of my favorite places to eat because I work and manage a store in the mall but I was told today that there is no more mall discount and that's discouraging especially since I've eating there for years owell
They have stopped mall employee discounts which were a help because of there price point guess I'll go back to Chinese

I found a little gem ? inside of the galleria. I hope they are on door dash because I will probably be ordering this more often. Food was super good, service was great, line wasn’t long, and it was the bang for the buck ?. Got the chicken Philly with fries and a blueberry ? lemonade all for $10… ??♀️ can’t beat that with a stick.
I got the chicken California and first off it had no seasoning nor did the fries. I ate half of the then looked down at it debating if I wanted to throw it away then I see there was a mans hair in it!!!!! This was my first time eating here and now it’s my last. That’s why I don’t trust fast food places. Rushing to fix your food without making sure it right. Never again!!!!
