Didnât know smart casual dress code includes t-shirts and shorts ⦠the restaurant is filled with people wearing like they goes to Walmart, kinda cheapen the whole experience ð¤·ââï¸
I have been to several Brazilian steakhouses, and by far, this is definitely my most favorite! We received great service and the food was exquisite. We will be returning.

We arrived a few minutes late for my mother-in-law's 71'st birthday as our plane was delayed. The manager Eric and his team were fantastic; the restaurant was just about closed, but he brought us to our table and had all servers attend to our every need. The service was fantastic, we felt like they provided a private dining experience. Before retiring, my mother-in-law was an esteemed chef in Brazil and used to cook for the president of Brazil. She's very picky with Brazilian food. She won't eat at Fogo do Chao anymore after their corporate buyout as the food no longer tastes authentic. She couldn't stop talking about how her whole dinner at Chama Gaucha, even her birthday flan, tasted exactly the same as in Brazil. She even knew the region the owner grew up in based on how the food was prepared. Overall, it was a fantastic night. Manager Eric and his team treated us like family and give my Mother-in-law an authentic piece of Brazil. I highly recommend Chama Gaucha if you're looking to impress or for a special event.
We come to Chama Gaucha for almost every birthday celebration and truly enjoy sharing the experience with friends. We booked for 8 guests at 7:30 pm. We always enjoy the food and typically the service. This time a was a little different and the service seemed a little off. At the beginning of our meal, our server seemed like he just wasnât interested in taking care of us. As we ordered a round of caipirinhaâs to start, he seemed put off by our requests for a few of them to be different flavors. We had mentioned a few times that we were celebrating a birthday and after asking for desserts he mentioned that one would be brought out to celebrate. The dessert came but there was no candle or happy birthday like there has been in previous years, or like there was for the table sitting directly by us. We sparked up a lighter for the birthday boy to blow out and the Manager quickly came over with a dessert and apologized. Which was much appreciated. At the end of the meal, a server who we had no contact with came over and started up conversation. This would normally be okay because we do understand that servers assist each other throughout the shift. However, it was about 9:30 and the conversation was just inappropriate. He asked a few women what there zodiac signs were and then went into detail about what he didnât like about the sign we told him. The whole situation was off and seemed as if he was trying to push us out. Overall we will definitely be back but this was just an off putting experience. Food & Management is always great and typically service is as well. Not sure what happened but we are hoping that it we will have a better experience next time!
Delicious food and drinks 10 out of 10. We celebrate a birthday and the service was outstanding! We were unsure what kind of shot to take for cheers and waiters brought out an entire bar to our table to pick out the variety of tequila and mescal. We picked out our waiters suggestions casamigos mescal! Definitely recommend this place!
It was a perfect!!!! Delicious! Amazingly attentive service! And classy decor! An excellent way to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary! We were so pleasantly surprised by the BEAUTIFUL courtesy dessert . ð¥°â¤ï¸
