I've had enough with the 610 location in Houston. I went there late evening yesterday and ordered a famous pile high medium ground beef nacho, mind u when i decided to it was incorrect as usual. Just sad literally sad took it back afterwards, then they give me my order with very little meat and no beans. I asked for everything on it so I asked for money back. The thing is I've been going thru this for an extremely long time with my favorite restaurant!!! I've even several times contacted corporate. It seems like they really don't care about the customers, giving me a refund or discount is nothing. What about other customers that won't say anything. Don't send decoys inside put them outside and a frequent basis then you'll see how your customers are really treated. I'm not one of thosr that go when they been out partying, I go at all times of day when I'm in the mood for it!!! This location need to get it's stuff together foreal. I can't say anymore but definitely can
Really a 3.5 tbh. They were out of the house fajita beef, I asked if they would switch it to the steak for the same price, which they wouldn't. That's not too big of an issue since I see an obvious price difference. The food was good and flavorful, service was fairly quick since nobody was in line. Id go again if anything. . .
Had the chicken fajita bowl, it was so delicious. Bowl was more than enough for 1 person, so fresh and good. The chips and salsa were also good. Will definitely recommend the bowls here. Yummy!!!
The food was amazing, my boyfriend kept going on & on about this place and how I had to try it when we get to Houston. The food was delicious the staff ghetto, rude, & ratchet. 5star food 0 star wait staff. We went through the drive thru and the order taker was awful. She yelled about everything. Asked for house beef, she said “we ain’t got that.” We asked for two separate tickets for multiple orders she yelled “we don’t do separate orders” read the bottom of the menu” now I don’t know what sign they used to have on the drive thru menu that stated that wasn’t allowed but we all read very well and never saw that on the menu.
I used to frequent here too! many years ago... I'm back in Houston today for a meeting and I figured... hey it's open... let's stop by! it's kind of late... I'm a little hungry... I have plenty of time before the meeting and then... just as the reviews are saying.. these people advertise 24 hours.. it is not! There was somebody there but they decided that they were closed cuz they have some kind of issue. I'll come back later and see what it looks like inside and check it out and see how the food is... And hopefully I'll modify the review for the better. It's a shame. It does look a little trashy on the outside and I took a peek inside and it doesn't look anything like It used to, it's just old and unkept. Hopefully they'll get the message and get back to where they once belonged.----Okay so far the food is good seems to be there... I just hope it doesn't get me sick like it's gotten some people sick in previous postings. I'll cross my fingers and if everything is fine with my health, then I'll raise it another star.
This is the most unprofessional Mexicana Chain run in Houston. They only hire their people cause no one else will work for $2.25. The Gaye Spanish boy on 46 n Tidwell told me to SHUT UP. Nasty ass Attitudes including the owner!
I said this in a tweet. They need to take that 24 hours off their building. They lied. Food is good but slightly high. Times you don’t want to go: Weekends at 2-3am when the lines are long in the drive thru. 4-6ish am when they supposed to be open but “cleaning”. As of this review, dine in has been closed since the start of the pandemic and there’s no word when that service will be offered.
Chacho's has always been one of my favorite places to eat from. Though they have increased their price about 20%-30% but the taste is still good. You should give it a try. Specially their burritos and stake quesadillas.
Went to buy some black and white nachos with beef fajita for a late Mother's Day evening snack. Dining room is still closed so you have to do the drive-thru. The cost around $24, but they charged me $64.96. A mistake by a few bucks, no biggie, but $40!?! NOT acceptable. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. So sad because we used to enjoy the 24-hour opportunity!
I will never again go to chachos. I order my food, and get it and say thank you. Only to be met with a statement that ended in madicon. I DO NOT APPRECIATE OR ACCEPT THIS! You need to talk to your staff about tolerance! Completely unacceptable and I will NEVER return. I can not believe that someone can be so ignorant in today's climate but so be it. The person at the window needs to be fired!
