Just left there the window service is terrible the Hispanic lady was so rude I order 2 large orders of nachos one beef one fajita both extra meet everything on the side! She steady closing the window while I’m talking an when I was ordering she kept on cutting me off not letting me finish ordering my order! So I ask for pico she keep on saying I put it in the bag I checked she steady giving me sauces! They don’t understand English well! All Hispanic workers today! An they attitude stinks! An still missing one of my extra meats! I mean find another job if they can’t handle customer service maybe that job isn’t for her! Or them
First, the food. This is great fast food Tex-Mex. Very tasty, huge portions. This place destroys Taco Cabana. But that's where it ends. The customer service here is AWFUL. Be prepared to sit 30+ minutes in line, even if the line is short. They are chronically understaffed and move like snails. Yesterday I went to pick up some lunch and despite only two people in front of me, I was still there for almost 30 minutes because there were literally only two people staffing the kitchen. And because it was just the two of them, their frustration was apparent and the service suffered even more. The guy at the window (who I suspect also had to make some of my food) was not in a good mood.I want to go there more often, but usually opt for other choices simply because it's just too much of a hassle to get food there. Obviously ownership has chosen to cut corners to keep up profits. They've kept the dining room closed, have ditched the two lane drive-thru in favor of just one lane, and obviously don't have enough staff to meet the demand. So people like me, who want to spend money there, seek out other options. It's shortsighted and stupid. They'd make more money if they invested a bit more in their employees.
This place is in need of renovations. From the outside it looks like a seasonal haunted house attraction. At the time of this review it is Drive Thru only. The wait times at the drive thru vary. On our most recent visit, they had only one lane open with 17 cars waiting. We waited 37 minutes total. There are other "Tex-Mex" places in the area that are better accessible.
Management is a joke. I ordered a beef fajita nachos today @1230, instead of saying they were out of fajita meat, the cashier repeated my order with steakhouse beef. When I pulled up to the window ( no cars in front of me) I asked was the steakhouse the same as the fajita and was told no, so I asked if I could have chicken fajita instead. The manager refused to remake my food and told me it was my fault for ordering it. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. When I tried to explain that's not what I ordered she refused to let me finish speaking and told me she's not wasting money and closed the drivethru window in my face. This woman should not be management, she obviously doesn't care about customer service or even remaking orders the restaurant is at fault for getting wrong. She needs to be fired immediately for poor treatment of customers. I thought chacos was better than this...
My first time here and my last!! Food was not good at ALL. The chips and queso - that was the worst queso I’ve ever had. The rice was okay. The frozen strawberry margarita was super sweet and mediocre at best. The majority of the containers had holes in them from the hot food burning right through them. I order a single cheese enchilada - why didn’t it have a sauce with mystery meat on it? If I ordered a “cheese” enchilada that means I just wanted cheese. I don’t get the hype or why this place has a long line of cars. (I was only able to get a photo of one the items).
Disgusting.... if I could have given 0 stars I would have.I ordered beef fajita nachos with shredded cheese with my beans on the side. I received old, greased chips with day old cheese and hard meat and no beans at all. I tried to eat some of them but what I did eat, made my stomach hurt.My husband ordered ground beef nachos with queso cheese and beans on the side. He got everything he ordered with the exception of the beans. His food was nasty as well. Made his stomach hurt as well. The quality of food has gone down tremendously but yet food places still wants you to frequent their establishments. I keep saying that I'm not going to eat out after every bad instance that I have and yet I still go out.
I would like to acknowledge Daniel, my drive they served was EXTREMELYYYYY Kind & Patient to my mix matched order. Daniel & @ChachosCorporate Team, this gentleman went beyond my expectations! He is definitely an asset to your brand!!! I WILL highly recommend this location to Friends, Family & CoWorkers!
Food always slaps. The chicken fajita quesadilla and the chicken fajita gordita are always good. Chicken is always tender and well seasoned. The to-go plating is really nice, nicer than I remember when i used to go years back (2013-2015ish) They look like they really take their time to put the food together and present it to you. Super consistent the past 2 months I been going. Portions are just as huge as I remember. That half size quesadilla will last for 2 meals lol. Definitely worth the money and time. Ion care about nothing else lol.
GREAT FOOD!! You NEED to try their burritos. TIP: If you don't eat a lot get the 1/2 burrito, I made the mistake of getting a full burrito and had leftovers for 3 days straight.
They actually make the best ham and egg tacos. They were also willing to make me a delicious retried bean and egg taco that was no listed on the menu.
