Old school dive bar, 3 pool tables, and a lucky black cat in the bar. Sadly the jukebox was out of service, but a very friendly atmosphere.
Great for a nice late night after dinner pool place. Weekly tournaments for money and great crowd of people.
The sort of bar, public house if you will, where match books are freely available at the bar. Where the match books and the establishment are absent of corporate branding. A respectable selecton of port wines by the glass are on offer. I can think of no "signature cockail" as the signature of Cecils is a individualized drink for an individual. Street and side facing open and covered patio spaces abound. Also intimate indoor seating spots and a pair of pool tables will accommodate almost any conceivable social gathering. This place is a rare gem, affordable to all.

Not accessible.. one door isn't wide enough, the other has about a 2in lip at the threshold. So easy to fix ?♂️
