Just had Oyster PoBoy. I would say it was Ok.
Mostly to go. Must be the Area. Cute place. Sparce decor. The service super fast portions were good. My Fried oyster PoBoy was pretty good. Bread soft untoasted. Oysters are salty breading cornmeal. Well well seasoned. Additional tomatoes, lettuce pickles drowned in mayo. Was pretty good.......
Very rude while taking orders today. When I received my chicken as you can see this is what I say & tasted when I bit into it. The chicken was huge and every leg I bit into was bloody and half done. I had four flats and four legs. I threw the legs away and went ahead and kept the legs. I didn't complain because they were already rude today and I didn't want any issues. Unfortunately I will not be eating here again. The proof is in the pudding. Take a look for yourself.
Ordered grilled shrimp and fried Oyster poboys for delivery. I have a second home in Nola so I’m pretty particular when it comes to my po boys. These were as good as anything you’d find there! Very very pleasantly surprised!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!I brought my kids with my to door dash and on the door dash app it tells you to call ahead (COVID reasons) I called and they immediately said “can I put you on hold” to which I replied “yes” and I was on hold for five minutes so I hung up and called again and they answered the phone but would hang up before I could say anything. So then I decided to go into the store and the ask to speak to the manager and the guy at the register acted like he didn’t know how to have a proper conversation. Was very rude and disrespectful! Do not recommend this place at all.
I drive by this place all the time and I am so glad I finally tried it. The seafood is fresh and delicious, and their gumbo is just like my maw-maw used to make. I can’t wait to go back for more!
One of my favorite places to get turkey neck corn and potatoes. The only thing is last time I bought a turkey neck bag the potatoes was hard not soft like it should be. As long as everything is fresh and cooked properly it’s great!
Had it for the second time today. 1st time I got the gumbo. A lot of pieces I couldn’t chew it. But I still tried to enjoy it.Today I decided to try a few more things. I got the crawfish/shrimp etouffe , Im having the same problem that I had with the gumbo. Why does my shrimp still have the shell on the end of it??The fries could be better. I got regular and cajun. They both have no seasoning. The Cajun fries don’t even taste like cajun fries, they taste like regular onesI did enjoy the fried chicken, shrimp, and alligator tho . If I do decide to come back here it’ll probably be for the fried food. Everything else kind of taste mid

Sometimes they be hella rude but the way the food taste they still get 5 ⭐ s that calliopes famous fried rice I get it with no sausage extra egg .. ? my mouth watering talking about it lmfao
