Friendly staff amd delicious ice cream and waffles
Delicious! The staff was so welcoming and patient with my little guy who wanted to talk his way through all the options. It's our go to place for a fun treat! Love the look of it too!
I love this place! The bubble waffle cones are so soft and tasty! I have quite a sweet tooth and my boyfriend prefieres spice and salty snacks so this place is great! Friendly staff and they offer variety in the menu. In addition to the fun ice cream treats, they also have chicken and waffles, boba teas, and hot snack foods. They also have 1-2 dairy free ice cream options.
Overall the ice cream was good. They messed up my order by giving me the regular waffle instead of the chocolate waffle. Also they were out of half their flavors. The staff did not seem like they cared for our business. The manager got on his phone and took a personal call very loudly in front of us.
Super friendly staff and fast service! The mini plaza it's located in is super cute but it's still under construction. I got the Ore-oh and it came out good. They make the waffles as soon as you order them so they're fresh!
I honestly wasn't expecting this place to be as good as it was. I came here with my family and they all loved it as well! I absolutely LOVED their waffles; I made my own that had strawberries, caramel, m&m's and vanilla ice cream. It might sound strange but it was the best thing I've tasted in a long time. Along with that I also got a mango slushy with boba and it was really refreshing, I loved how as soon as I walked in I could smell the waffles being made; it really contributed t the atmosphere of the place, which was very chill and welcoming. The customer service was great and I had no issues with my order or the workers. Overall, it was pretty damn good! I definitely recommend it.
We love Bubble Egg. We’ve taken our kids there in person, but we also order on UberEats a lot. I mean, A LOT. The food has always been good (chicken tenders, fries, onion rings) even with the travel. Each dish included two yummy dipping sauces. Ice cream flavors are great. But tonight was a TERRIBLE experience made even worse by the employees. We ordered our usual on UberEats, and the food was straight up inedible. The fries were like room temperature freezer burned styrofoam texture with weird dust all over them?? It’s hard to describe. They felt hard as rocks. The onion rings were black and greasy. Oh and to top it off, zero sauces were included. We order so often from them that my husband wanted to call and just tell the manager what was up. We know the food isn’t usually like that, but we thought it was important for the manager to know the quality of food that was being handed out. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager and the girl who answered told him to hold on. After waiting a few minutes, someone picked up the phone again and asked what my husband wanted. My husband said “hi is your manager available?”. I kid you not - my husband could HEAR the manager say “tell them I’m not here” ??? My husband told the employee to not worry about it. Really lame. And super disappointed.
This location does not accept Apple Pay nor do they accept cash. It would be nice to know prior to walking into the establishment that they don’t accept any of these form of payments. A sign should be put on the door that they don’t accept any form of payments other than a PHYSICAL card prior to walking in and putting in an order. It saves time being wasted on both ends.
Sooo good! We usually go to the one in bellaire. The gentlemen who took my order was so nice and gave excellent service! We will definitely be back.
Bubble egg is my favorite dessert place. I used to go the Bellaire location but this is much more convenient if you live in the north area of Houston. There are many ice cream options. The seating area is pretty small. Hopefully they will have some patio options soon.
