Really good burger. I had the bison burger and it was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Definitely will eat here again.

This is burger shuck under a bridge in Houston. If you have not stopped by that is one you. The burger was a perfect lunch for me. My husband likes their patty melts on toast.

Randomly found this place when I was looking in my GPS for a lunch spot, and glad I found it! Had a really great bison burger, with chips and a Cherry Coke.Seriously lacking in all the frippery and pretension you find at a lot of burger places that claim to be good/gourmet, but aren't.There's a good amount of options to choose from, and I agree with other posters that this place would be 6 stars if they were ever able to offer fries here as well.Since this location is sitting almost under the highway, don't blast down the road too fast or you'll miss it have have to make a bunch of HOU left turns to get back to it.
Bubbas burger is an original experience for a casual lunch or dinner under a freeway bridge.To order you need to go inside the shack and order your favorite burguer. They have beef, bison, hotdogs and a veggie option too. To drink they have soft drinks and beer for a hot day.After order, head out, pick your favorite spot and wait until the shake window opens and call your name.On this visit we tried a Simple Beef Burger and the Vegas Burger and for beverage we had local beer. Burgers are good, meat is tasty and I like the fact that they have a lot of flavorful mustard.Definitely, I’ll come back if I am around the area.
Awesome super juicy burgers and ingredients. The egg on top was amazing. Only downside is that they don’t have a deep fried so no fries with the wonderful burger. Jalapeño potato salad was really great though.
Burger and potato salad was good but the guy at the register has the worst attitude and lacks customer service. Benches for seating were dirty with full of dust and leftovers and they don't care to clean.
Absolutely delicious food!! As a native Houstonian, I was a little ashamed I had never tried this place. The service was quick, staff friendly, and atmosphere was great. Today was superbly cold and they only have outdoor seating, so we ended up eating in the car, but it didn’t make the experience any less. Would love to see maybe a stationary heater some day - but I will also happily have a drive in style date. Can’t wait to return when the weather is warmer. The Vegas burger was great without lettuce and the Smokey jalapeños are delightful. Try it is you haven’t! It’s a funky fun yummy spot.
