Birthday dinner!

This was our first time and we were not impressed. The restaurant temperature felt warm and muggy. The ambiance wasn’t inviting. The food took a long time and it wasn’t hot. The portions were small compared to other Italian restaurants. Our service was mediocre. There was no manager present on the floor.

Set on the bar and the bartender/server seemed annoyed that we were ordering off of the happy hour menu. someone (server or busboy) Accidentally took my drink that was half finished away once I realize this had occurred when the waiter came back I told him and he goes well how much did you have left in it and I said are about half he goes well then I’ll bring you a half a drink. My friends and I both said wow I wonder if he’s working to bring me half a drink and what do you know he brought me half a Moscow meal… Horrible service this visit. love the restaurant perhaps this bartender/server was having a bad day

Bartender Kelsey went above and beyond. The hostess was nowhere to be found and she came from behind the bar to help us. We ended up sitting in her area so we didn’t have to wait (we had a reservation) and she was amazing! Prefect service!

We used to thoroughly enjoy coming to this restaurant. But last night, a Father’s Day outing was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had there, and that was also the opinion of my teen daughter who is very reluctant to complain about anything. A one course meal took us 90 minutes, and the restaurant was maybe 20% occupied. They were well-staffed for the number of tables and yet we could not get any consistent service. As an example, we finally received bread to the table, after we had finished eating and just before we were leaving. We never even came close to seeing a manager that night This place used to be a reliable quality customer experience. I don’t know what is going on with the management the kitchen staff or just the laissez faire attitude of the of wait staff, but if last night is an example of the new “normal”, they need to make some changes or they’re going to continue to have 20% occupancy.

We went for Father's Day and it was perfect for what we were looking for. It wasn't loud and we were able to talk to one another without screaming across the table. The staff was well prepared for everyone coming in that day and we were never rushed off our table, although we were very considerate of the day and didn't lag very long.

Really like this place for Italian food. Love the decor and the service is excellent. The mushroom ravioli are my favorite! Great location and plenty of shops to check out. Will be back.

We sat at the bar and received excellent service. We had a light lunch of soup and 1 of us had salad and the other crispy parmesan crusted tomato .

Delicious food, setting was nice. Service was ok, not exceptional. The prices on the menu would lead you to believe a more upscale experience, but it was average. Good for business and family.

Great food, beverages, atmosphere, location and service. Awesomeness ??
