We've had lunches here both at the start of the "lunch rush" and in the middle of it, and this particular Boston Market still impresses me. I'm not "impressed" (nor "enthused") that their prices have gone up pre- (or mid) Covid pandemic, but that's probably how they stayed open doring the Covid pandemic and retained workers.The quality and taste of the food, on the other hand, has always been great making it a monthly Sunday favorite.The food doesn't get to you quickly as in a fast food place, but I think Boston Market was never meant to be "fast food". Therefore I would say, if you want a good meal at a decent price, then this particular Boston Market is for you!
I guess I can say it was good.I was looking for the people to be a little bit more friendly and sociable.I guess it was around lunch time and they were very busy so what should I have expected. I don't know.The creamed spinach was good.Maybe not as good as my version.But good for me not to have to cook it.I remember getting their creamed spinach a long time ago.Now they make you pay a little bit more I don't think they should for it.It's considered a premium side so they up charge you for it.I think I got one forth chicken cream spinach and another side I can't remember what it was.To me it was pretty good. I enjoyed my time in there the restaurant was clean.They were getting people in and out. The decor was nice. I think it was pretty good average Boston Market.
Wished we had one of these on our side of town. I like to pick up a family meal when I'm on they're side of town. The cream spinach is anazing
Haven't been to Boston Market in years but decided to give this place a try as I was really hungry. Had the chicken pot pie and it was amazing! The crust was perfect for dipping into the gravy and the chicken was moist and tender. So good! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
Wow. You just can t go wrong here. They have the freshest food and we love the cornbread. I wish that there was one in Pearland near our kids, or in SW near Sugarland. Ours closed on Hwy 6 but it is rumored to be coming back.
This location is the most convenient for me so I visit it frequently. I placed an online order (like I always do) at the Beechnut location on 11/21/2021. When I arrived for pick-up, I was informed that they were completely out of chicken. No one called me to save me a wasted trip or anything. I was offered meatloaf or turkey breast (eww ?) as a substitution for the chicken that I'd ordered. I requested a refund and was told by the manager on duty that the refund should only take a few days. I checked my bank account yesterday (11/30/21) and I have yet to receive my refund. I called the Beechnut location and, after being placed on hold numerous times, I spoke with another manager that informed me that they now have chicken available and offered me the opportunity to come in and pick up the meal that they were supposed to be refunding. I let her know that I would not be coming in for the food, but I'd like my refund processed. I was then told that the regional manager (or someone) would have to be contacted as that is the person that actually handles refunds ?. Seems like I'm getting the runaround and all I want it my 40 bucks back. I will update this review as things unfold.UPDATE: As of today, December 4, 2021, I still have not received my refund. No one has contacted me.Update #2: it is Tuesday, December 7, 2021. I received that annoying, generic reply to this review but I have yet to receive my refund. Anytime I call about it, they offer me food. I feel like my money was stolen. I didn't receive the items that I purchased (and now I no longer want them) and this manager is holding my money hostage. I plan on stopping by the restaurant today to try to speak with someone and I guess I'll file a report with the BBB. This is so tacky of Boston Market's management team. It has been 20 days since I requested my refund. I will continue to update.
The food was ok not consistent as the other times but still not bad. Different crew than the last visit. They were out of coca-cola and tea. I will still return .
Nothing fancy. Just your regular eatery offering chicken and sides. Taste was ok minus.
I order here often and im never unsatisfied about the food...professional people, great portions and fresh hot food...kudos!!!!
I love this place. Great southern cooking for the same price as fast food!
