The crowd was pretty cool, not too crowded or too small. It was just right.
The staff are really nice but not really the place to be if you're single and looking to get chatted up. A lot of people come in groups as previously acquainted friends/lovers so if you go to Boots n Shoots alone you'll probably spend the rest of the night alone. The bar cant help that that's the case though so I still give them five stars.
I really like Boots n Shoots. We stop here often when we're downtown. The music is always good, decent crowd, and they make good drinks. I love that it's walking distance from some of our other favorite spots. We'll definitely be back.

Had a great time lots of fun but definitely a younger crowd. This is not a place for upper 40s.
CHECK YOU CARD STATEMENT! I've been here twice and both times the bartender has added a tip after I crossed out the tip portion (I gave cash). They bartender took it upon themselves to add a tip into my credit card slip! This is absolutely unacceptable and illegal. I've done my portion and reported then to my credit card company. I have also reported them to BBB!
Won't be back. Charged my buddy $845 for the bar tab that I know we didn't have.

Bartenders are racist and disrespectful. A blonde one refused to even as much as look in the direction of my boyfriend (he’s black) and I, while continuing to serve every other person around us who was white as soon as they approached the bar as we stood there in front of the POS system for over 10 minutes. Wasn’t a coincidence either as another black man approached the bar beside us and was never acknowledged, greeted, or served either as she continued to take orders from everyone around us. Disgusting. Won’t be going back
