I stopped to use their bathroom and get some water. The ladies at the front were welcoming and the bartender went in the back and got me some water in a covered cup with a straw. I was thankful. Very nice and clean ambiance.

Our service was horrible. Our waiter walked off in the middle of our order to go to some dudes table. I get it, you trying to get your tip but just because we weren't dudes don't mean we don't deserve good customer service

Not the best of service, you have to appreciate the attire of course. Food was OK, nothing out of the ordinary for a bar with a great view ;) .. though the view was nice, the service could improve. Customer service goes beyond just taking orders and delivery of food. Less time on cell phones and social media, more time engaging with customers, the view is but a small factor in the outlook of the establishment. There wasn't much of a take away from the experience, nothing really stood out, to create a personalized experience carries weight in a customers decision to come again, the experience from customer engagement goes farther then just a view.
As a Sports Fan, this is is my go to when I go out to watch a sports game. Plenty of TVs, cool wait staff and great sports atmosphere. Haven't tried all the menu but I would recommend their tenders, nachos and their pasta plates. Cya there!
Doesn’t matter how many chances we give this place!! I’ve been her about 25 min and nobody took my order, nobody didn’t even bring me a glass of water… they are just chit chatting. Where is customer service?? Every time I come here it’s always the same so this is gonna be my last time. Get to work ladies if not go home!
Perfect New Years dinner with friends, carringgton was the perfect server! The shots were good, the food perfect the music was on point for New Years, even made it worth lumping in with a fractured leg no questions asked! Both the rockets and the Utah playing in the rose bowl made it that much better. The platter was great and the loaded fries with beef was an absolute fat man’s dreams! Did I mention the cheese cake and the ever server/waitress /hostess/bartender was a perfect 10!
Decent burgers, moderate beer selection, fairly simple place. If you are just looking for low key, bar type food this is a decent chain.Loads of TVs on the ways, cute waitresses, etc.. very akin to what you would normally see with their competition. Not a bad place to eat a quick bite.
