Won't be back. The crayfish were soggy, the etouffee was flavourful but had separated. The vegetables were overcooked and looked like they had been left out for a while. The hushpuppy was good.
So good!!! We typically get the boiled seafood feast which is around $100 but we'll worth it for 2-3 people. This time around our lobster was half undercooked but everything else was good. The stuffed pork chop was enjoyed by numerous family members and the premium sampler appetizer is hands down a must order because is has a little bit of everything. We had a very large party for a graduation and there was only one waitress tending to half of the restaurant so wait time was a bit slow but overall not too bad.
First time going there and will not be back. First, the food came out and they had us sit and wait for forks for 5 minutes while we just watched our food. The waiter forgot my drink. The food I ordered was way too salty and the white rice was hard and undercooked. My sons food came wrong. They did change my sons order, which was good and they offered me something else in place of my salty and undercooked food. When the bill arrived I was being charged full price of my first order when the substitution was 1/2 the price. The manager did however fix it. The place did do what they could to make it right which is why I gave them over 1 star. However, first impressions matter and it was not a good one.
I've been here before and typically the service isn't the best but tonight it was definitely the worst. It was out first time sitting outside, it took over 15 minutes to have someone take our drink order and that was only because my husband had to go inside and get someone. The man who took our order I'm assuming was the manager/owner, he took our drink order and food order but wrote nothing down. Between waiting there was another table also having issues with the waitress and waiter. When our food arrived my husband was missing his sausage and my plate was the completely wrong order. It took a lot of back and forth to eventually get it "alright". When we asked for the check we noticed there was an item added that we did not order and there was no correction for the food I received incorrectly. I had to go inside and have them correct it, the manager/owner blamed his staff for me receiving the wrong order and also that they were short staffed. As a manager you should own up to the mistakes that were made especially when you were the one to take our order initially. When we paid I left no tip and the lady said "oh no Ricardo" I'm not sure if that was the name of my waiter but no it wasn't the waiters fault it was whoever the manager was. Please take responsibility for incompetent staff and for yourself.
I went on 5/13/22 I took a coworker of that had just lost her mom she order fries bout time the waiter came back with the ketchup her fries was cold bout time she came with my crawfish it was cold and on top of that she didn't bring me a bucket the manager had to send another waiter to bring one and I was almost finish

Great food good service and the music on the weekends is great. Altogether is a great place to take the family
Got a spicy pot bought for me. It was so good, everything was on point, crawfish were HUGE, crab legs were so tender, the gsauce is amazing. I don’t even care that prices were different. It was worth every dollar. Spicy was too spicy for me, but it sure as hell didn’t stop me from finishing it ?! Their bread pudding is absolutely divine. Had to get a piece of that as well. Will definitely start buying regularly. Too good not to.
