We really love the prime rib special which is served all day on Sunday. Itâs a huge meal, and we always go home with leftovers. The prime rib was cooked a perfect medium rare at my request. Our server did a good job and checked on us often.
Amazing experience!! Our server, Ms. Jackie was outstanding. She was very friendly and checked up on us several times. Super sweet, funny, and caring. The food was great. We had pizza and it was delicious. To end the night off, we got pazookies and they were incredible!! Highly recommended this place!!
The food came out cold and the waitress misunderstood the order. The meal came out in separate parts due to this reason but overall the food was not of good quality even though the restaurant did not seem busy at all.
Great service here. Sit at the bar. Went on a Sunday around 3 pm. Nate the bartender knocked it out the park! Good service, plus good drinks, plus good food equals good tip!We will be returning here often, on Sunday's for sure. Keep up the great work BJ's of Willowbrook. Delgado Approved!!!
I will never come back to this restaurant. This is the 3rd time that I have come and been highly disappointed in the service. We even booked a reservation 3 hours ahead this time due to my oldest Sons Graduation. When we showed up for our reservation they told us we would have to wait 25 to 35 minutes at least. We did not have the time to do this because with their extremely slow service (the past visit took us 2 hours to get our food, however my son had never been here and picked this for his grad dinner) and their food is not nearly as good as it should be with their extraordinary pricing. WAY TOO OVER PRICED. I am a restaurant connoisseur and have owned and operated multiple restaurants and bars, still partnered with a couple in Vegas, so I understand food quality, management training, pricing and customer service. BJ's is mid grade at best, on all fronts. I will never enter the doors to this establishment again and will never suggest this place to anyone else. The point of booking a reservation in advance is to be able to get in at the allotted time. Obviously this was important enough for us to make the reservation far enough in advance, and still they couldn't come through on their end. To add insult to injury, the staff was extremely rude and did not care about the mistake. They were unapologetic and were even rude when confronted with their obvious mistake. In the long run, I am glad that this happened, we went and had Red Robin, a far better establishment. The food was actually good instead of the trash that BJ's cooks.
The price for value of food is very poor
We have eaten here a lot. Today’s experience was the worst experience we have yet to have. Our server, Charmoniqu, was untrained and completely incompetent. She was super slow, but if that had been her only problem, we could have dealt with that. When we ordered a pizooki, that’s when the incompetence shown through. We placed our order at the same time as a table next to ours. The other table placed their order to go. We specifically told Charmoniqu that we wanted to eat ours at the table. 20 minutes later, we saw her bring the to go pizooki to the other table. 25 minutes later, we asked her where ours was. She said it would be up shortly. 5 minutes after that she finally brought our pizooki in a to go bag. I was not happy and re explained that we had wanted to eat ours there. I happened to take a look in the bag, and realized that when your pizooki is to go, you only get the cookie and ice cream. Ours was supposed to be strawberry shortcake so I would have expected strawberries. Nope! Anyway, Charmoniqu said she would have the kitchen redo the pizooki. We told her we really didn’t have another 25 minutes to wait. She said it would be fast. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table 10 minutes later, listened to our complaint, apologized, and said he would take care of it. 10 minutes later (Yes, if you’re keeping track that’s 20 additional minutes) the manager came back with another pizooki also in a to go bag! Wow! After 2 hours, we left absolutely not pleased. It will be a loooong time till we return. At the very least I would have hoped the manager would have offered us a future pizooki free of charge. If you’re expecting average service, this is not the restaurant for you.
I ordered the same thing I always order, and the portion size was markedly smaller! Not really complaining, because I understand, what with the current economic situation. Just acknowledging it. Still, I was disappointed that it wasn’t really enough to split in half for a second meal later! I will add that the peanut chicken with soba noodles was every bit as delicious as usual. Mmmmm.
The pizza was delicious, buttery crust and stacked with toppings. We love the wedge salad although they were sold out of classic bone in wings. Our server Torey was kind and attentive and she definitely made sure we enjoyed our dining experience.
The worst customer service ever!!! Wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered online for pickup and get a text with a link to check in when I get there. The link went to empty page and didn't allow me to check in. So I call and say I'm outside for pickup and text link doesn't work. Before I finish my sentence I'm transferred to a number that gives me a voicemail. I'm in a hurry and at this point very frustrated. So I go in and the hostess points me to an obviously EMPTY take out counter. I wait like a minute and go back to hostess and let her know I'm in a hurry which I'm sure she picked up on when I walked in. She had NO customers and the restaurant was not even half full. So she finally goes in the kitchen and gets someone who quickly gives me my order but it should have been done a lot sooner. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for a manager but I didn't have time. I've been a regular customer and was about to make my visits more frequent because I enjoy their wide variety of dishes. But this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back. Too many choices to put up with such horrible treatment. I guess they have a strong enough business to turn off regulars. Kudos to them. Especially in this economy. And on top of all that the brussel sprouts and kale salad only had about 3 sprigs of kale and was mostly lettuce.
