Food was awesome! I enjoyed every minute of my dinner date
Everything was great except my waitress was a tad slow. I asked for the check and she didnât come back until 20 mins later. It was busy Sunday but not crazy packed. Overall my niece enjoyed her first fancy brunch
I took my wife out to dinner to celebrate a big promotion she received from work. There was a group of 8 sitting a little way away from our table. They were celebrating a 40th birthday very loudly. To the point that a couple sitting opposite of us trying to enjoy a rare date night out together decided to cancel their dinner plans, and leave before ordering dinner. Before leaving they mentioned to us, they were hoping for a less than exuberant environment for their time out. The group eventually settled down a little bit, but was the talk of other tables around us
We were told upon arrival exactly how long we had the table and when we needed to be done. We were a party 6 and spent $1000. and still had the hostess hovering. Service, while friendly, was hit and miss. Also, beware, a party of 6 gets automatic gratuity.
Always wanted to try Bisou. Went today for lunch. We arrived at 1:00 and were promptly seated. The first thing our waiter said was only brunch items were being served. Ok. Guess we were having brunch. I should have checked before making a reservation at this time. I ordered bbq short ribs with cheese grits. This dish was good. My wife ordered chicken and waffles. She was served a waffle and chicken tenders. She said the dish was good but nothing special. Just plain chicken tenders? I just expected more based on the reviews. The service was really great.
Wonderful experience. The only drawback is the cost for something as small as a cheese plate is too much. Bottles of wine are really marked up. They should feature 50 bottles given the fact the bottles they offer cost barely $50 to begin. with. Still good service and great ambiance. Youâre paying for the music, the scene and the lights.
Slow service for sitting, ordering, appetizers, entree, and checking out. Gratuity is mandatory 20%, even for only 2 guests.
Even though our night started off rocky Lucas the manager made up for it and helped turn my birthday around. Great food and service.
I had the lobster makiâ¦it was so delicious & just the perfect size.
Love this place and the atmosphere it provides. My only complaint is the ONE toilet for an establishment this size is unbelievable. The menâs restroom only has one sit down toilet. Thatâs absurd and not customer friendly. Otherwise this is one of my favorite places to dine. Use the toilet before you come LOL
