Came to watch the Astros play against the Yankees and have some lunch. Atmosphere was a nice vibe and the food was pretty delicious. We tried the mushroom pizza, BBQ Mac and Cheese, along with the Tex-Mex Burger which came with some nice crispy fries or chips. (we choose fries) All were served very hot and again delicious. If you're ever in the Houston downtown area you should stop in and give them a try. It's also a nice place to go watch a game with friends!
The ballpark foods were incredible! Amazing sizes. The pretzel was massive. The nachos were awesome. Cool vibe close to convention center. Massive screens. Very reasonable prices.
Biggio's has a family vibe written all over it! There were large and small groups of people relaxing and having fun! It has a sports bar look and keeps delivering the best drinks around town. They have couches, booths, and tables to sit at. The view of the street and front entrance to the hotel keeps everyone entertained! I will definitely be back. Thank you for outstanding customer service Gizelle (she was a wonderful waitress)! You made our first experience one that we will never forget. My family appreciates you and the kitchen staff that delivered that wonderful variety of meals and drinks to our table.
Food was really just ok. I had the BBQ Mac and Cheese which didn't have a BBQ flavor to it and the brisket included was very fatty. Rest of my families meals were the same just ok. Had a good selection of tap beers and local St Arnold's beer. Service was decent, it started good then as the section got busier we could tell our server had too many tables.
Pizza wasn't that great,hence the 4 stars, but the rest of the food was delicious.. Great Staff ,fast,courteous service... Walking distance from Minut Maid park... We happened to park in C lot to make exiting to highway faster, but still a easy walk for most..
Lunch date w/hubby. Nice ambience. Food okay. Service friendly and adequate. Not too busy so I would have expected better than average service. I had to ask another server to call our server over for a beverage refill. Ordered the brisket tacos. Brisket was tasty but the flour tortillas were awful. Felt and tasted like cardboard. I told the server “you guys are so close to the hood, you have tons of options to get real tortillas”!! Also ordered the Chicken and Waffles. Chicken was tasty, waffle was flavorless. Server said they’re “still perfecting” their batter. (That’s weird, I know he said he’s worked here 5 years). I gave it 3 stars because it wasn’t all bad, but it could definitely be better. EADO is in your backyard, go get some real tortillas de harina!!
Hearty portions. Good selection of cocktails. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Staff manage to accommodate us with a short time. Serivice was excellent
Looks like a high end dining experience. But it's not. The fare is lacking both originality and options. Very short menu and the food was good but not worth the expense. Service was not very good. Waitress sat talking to her friends most of the night. I will say this, the cocktails we had were very good.
Wow! So glad I stopped by to eat before my daughter's graduation! Amazing food, reasonable prices for the amount you get and loved it so much, we came back AFTER the graduation to have a cocktail!! Definitely coming back again to try more!!
This sports bar / restaurant is located inside a hotel near the convention center, plenty of parking and a very clean venue! There are numerous televisions throughout the venue. In the main dining room there are two huge screens. The perfect place to watch a important game It was clean, well decorated and very popular. This was the only problem when we first arrived. It took a long time for him to take our order, he seemed overworked and was assigned several tables. He was very helpful, but they seem to need a few more people like him. I had the street tacos specifically the shrimp tacos. They were wonderful. I followed the servers recommendation for beer and had a great one. If your in the area this place is well worth the stop. If there is a big game on television, again this place would be worth your time to come here. Highly recommended!
