They had some great crawfish, wings & drinks! Donnie the bartender was fun! Even though he was swamped he was friendly and happy to wait on everyone. Loved it!
The customer service was awesome. I called in my order as it was the closest location on my way home. Although they were busy the young lady who picked up the phone was very patient. She gave me prices and took my order. Upon arrival I was greeted and I was given attention immediately. I know that there is a shortage of chicken but I only had one flat in my ten piece order. ? The pieces are huge. I enjoyed the flavor of my wings nevertheless. I enjoyed my potato wedges as well.
Service here was terrible. the only time our server came to our table was for our drink and food order which we put in all at once because we were waiting that long, and when they dropped the food off. our drinks from the bar took too long/ were forgotten about unless we said something and had to wave other servers down for help. Because of this i left a $2 tip that our server so graciously added a 0 to the end of it because I mistakenly did not add the total or cross it out. this $20 ended up being a 31% tip. The manager admitted to the ticket looking forged and refunded me my money. it’s one thing to have a bad experience, and another to get robbed.

To start off, this chain is one of the best with wings and I usually go to the spring location ofthen. unfortunately we were by the I10 location these two days. We went here Friday and the staff was great. We ordered wings and 3 of the margaritas. When the food arrived, it was on one tray and very very very few fries. Not to mention the food was not freshly cook and was almost cold when it arrived like the wings were already cooked, but they had to wait on the fries. Total costing roughly $45 and Still tipped the lady $10We came back Tuesday for the special with the kids and ordered wings. A few of the wings were even colder this time and the fries definitely were not warm, but the manager did quickly replace those wings and a new order of fries. Unfortunately the new order of fries were super salty. Total costing roughly $45 and Still tipped the lady $10This location is on I10 is definitely not like the location on kuykendahl and 2920 which is always on point with their food..I will definitely continue to spend my money at the spring location in the future.

I always enjoy reading here, but because they (along with everyone else) were under staffed, I'd recommend not eating here if you are on a tight schedule. Otherwise, go and enjoy your meals here!
So I get an email from Wynne from big city wings about my review. I asked for more that what he was offering to rectify my bad experience getting old wings at a wing place lol. He wrote "Unfortunately that is all I am authorized to offer, but I have sent your email to our owner. Someone from upper management will reach out to you soon." No one has gotten back to me. And never got the entail offer in the mail so they are losing another Star
My only complaint here is they seasoned the wings way too much.
