We have visited this location several times for special occasions. The food and service was excellent. The entire restaurant could use a good cleaning though. The doors, carpet, menus, floors were quite dirty. Only one stall in the women's bathroom was working. The table and cooking area were clean. Overall we enjoyed our meal but they really need to step up the cleaning.
Go to a Texan restaurant if you are in Texas and enjoy
For the type or restaurant and the price of food. We should not be feeling the a/c drip on our clothes and our food. Someone was cleaning it but it was a problem that should be addressed. Its condensation from the a/c which i think might need serviced. We had no drinks for a fee minutes i would honestly liked to be asked for refill or more drinks. Instead of being with nothing we had to share drinks while eating. 20% tip is what we left where I honestly felt for what she did which was one trip for drinks not worth it. FOOD WAS GREAT NOT DENYING THAT.
I picked Benihanas for my Senior discount but didn't see the small print. They don't honor discounts on the wknds.

I have been going to this location in Houston for 23 years and Iâm never going back. They have had an A/C unit in one of the wing out since November 21, but have failed to fix it. Weâve gone there 3 times in that period and each time they have to pull out unsanitary industrial air blowers. But they promise to fix it and we believed them. Last night it was 102 outside and unbearable inside. It took a toll on the food quality and made for a horrible experience. The management didnât come by and hid in the kitchen or worked the cool side of the restaurant. They didnât care. Iâm never going back and I recommend you donât either.
Was there to celebrate a birthday and was waiting on my green tea but was never brought out

It was great
It was busy of course for Fatherâs Day celebration so took a while for food and drinks! It was a let down when my soup got to me glad i didnât try it away because there was a hair in it from the waitress, I let her know and she apologized and brought me another out. Maybe have the staff with long hair pulled back neatly or wear hair nets since they do walk into the kitchen. Besides that issue everything else was good.
