Wow this was my first time in a Ben and Jerry’s and it was truly amazing. The employee named Natalie was so welcoming and sweet! She was patient with me as I asked to try a few different flavors and even pointed out which were dairy free. She made my friend a waffle cone bowl on the spot and handled us with grace. Def try the strawberry cheesecake and leave your neighborhood scoopers a big tip!
Drove by and saw their cute little Ben & Jerry’s truck and had to make a quick stop! The staff was so kind and friendly. The establishment was very well kept. They had many flavors and items to chose from in their fridge. They had so many flavors to chose from too for the cones and shakes. I ended up getting a small Oreo dipped cone with Milk & Cookies ice cream. It was about $10 but it comes with 2 scoops. (I only did one scoop and still paid the same price because I knew I wouldn’t finish the 2 scoops) I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to try one of their shakes!
So I actually had a Sundae with marshmallows sky ice cream with a cookie at the bottom and my kids had 2coops a piece. The place was clean and the clerk was super nice and patient with us I have a picky eater and she was extremely nice and offer us to try whatever we wanted her name was Britney ask for her she was super dope. Thank you Britney
I ordered a cake online and accidentally put the wrong date (a week later than I actually needed the cake). Totally my fault. Natalie was an absolute star and in no time helped us select a super yummy replacement cake from the freezer, added the words I had previously requested, and saved my day. The cake was awesome and the service was above, beyond and very much appreciated!! Thanks for everything!! Highly recommended!!
Ice creams taste great. Super clean and friendly! That’s great communication with Natalie. We love to come again.
I don’t buy Ben and Jerry often, but I do get excited the few times that I do. Today, I bought their Topped Salted Caramel Brownie and the whole thing was freezer burned. This ice cream is way too expensive for it to freezer burn this easily. The date on the ice cream was May 25, 2023. This is very disappointing.
My son had brain surgery a few days ago. Josiah was kind, caring and patient with us as we made our selection. He truly went the extra mile and paid for my son’s ice cream. Josiah deserves a raise, and a management position. God bless Josiah
