Over cooked burger. Ordered it medium came out well done. Dry dry. Had to add lots of ketchup.

I ordered my burger with no lettuce and tomato..and although the person tending the drive-thru finally repeated my order (after I politely corrected her multiple times)…plenty of unwanted lettuce and tomato was on my burger when I got home to eat it. The buns also seemed stale. I was very unsatisfied because those burgers are expensive to not get what you ask for.
DoorDash delivery driver brought me an order from Boston Market. I ordered from Becks. Came into the restaurant and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to correct the drivers mistake. Will definitely be back. Great service is hard to find these days!

Late Sunday afternoon, ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger patty was large, rather dry and tasted like it had been frozen quite a while. Fries were a little over done. But had the meat tasted fresher, it would have been a very good burger.
Outstanding customer service. Food was amazing. We even got samples of their ice cream.
This review actually is for the Beck's Prime on Dairy-Ashford out I-10W which I could not find listed. But being a chain I believe the menu and dining experience would be consistent. It had been a long day of travel and delays, it was getting close to 9:00pm, and I wanted a place to get a meal and a glass of wine in walking distance of my hotel because at that point I did not want to drive. Beck's was that place, at that time. It has the ambiance of a fast food restaurant, which it is, but I got a decent cut of steak and they have a surprisingly good selection of beers and wines. The cole slaw side was sweeter than my preference, but otherwise it was fine. Nothing fancy but it was what I needed at that place and time. Total came to $28 with $10 being the glass of wine. Not super value but OK. Also it seemed quite clean and had very few customers at the time.
I have gave them a one star today because the wrong sides tea I want a lg sweet tea and got a little regular tea . I want gave them 5 stars again
