Absolutely delicious!! I got a "Ribeye Sandwich", and my husband got the "Bp Burger". Having tried both, I would HANDS DOWN recommend the Bp Burger!!For the price of a whopper (yes, a whopper), it's exceptionally BETTER.Highly recommend the parmesan truffle fries too!!P.S. The tail end of your car sticks out if there's a bit of a line. Only downfall.
First time at this location. Bad experience and poor customer service. I initially attempted to place an order from the drive-thru lane. I waited for a few minutes at the drive-thru speaker, but no one answered. Since either the speaker was inoperable or the staff was busy, I determined that the only way to order was to go inside. Since it was close to 100 degrees outside and I had my 4 year old golden retriever with me, I parked my vehicle and walked inside with him- on a leash, to place my to-go order. As I was placing my to-go order, another employee (possibly manager) asked if my dog was a service dog. I replied that he was not. The employee told me that I could not have my dog inside and that my dog needed to stay outside. When I explained the situation about not being able to order from the drive-thru, the employee stated in a very rude manner, "Well you could just leave your dog outside, if you're coming in to place an order." I told the employee to go ahead and cancel my order because I would not leave my dog outside or in a hot vehicle alone. I completely understand that a business has the right to refuse service and request a customer to leave, however, based on this situation, the employee did not even attempt to understand or remedy the situation.
I’ve been eating Becks Prime since way back when there was one in the Houston Galleria by the ice rink (at least 25 years ago). They are still the best non fast food burger in not only Texas but the country (2nd would be Holstein’s in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas).I will say not all Becks Prime locations are the same. This location (Kirby), the Sugar Land location, and the Woodlands are all top notch.Highly highly recommend this place.
I just spent $30 on a meal there and specifically asked for no mustard. When I was in the drive through I should have figured the girl with no eye brows was confused because she said all I heard was coke! My burger order was first though. when I got to the window she was on her phone. I will never eat there again
4.5 stars actually. Have visited every location in Houston and this place consistently has not just the best burger and crispy made to order fries but also fantastic service and every location has great ambiance with their huge oaks, it's a nice little respite from the concrete jungle of Houston. If there is a better burger in H-Town, ive yet to come across it.
I use the Kirby location since it opened. A few yrs back management,customer service and food had become fair at best. Since then. things have gone back to what we expect from them. Excellent food and service. Very consistent. We eat there weekly now.
Always puts lettuce on my Uber eats order never have I once requested lettuce on my burger. Stop just stop.
