I love Beck's Prime. This review only gives 3 stars because I want to draw attention to the fact that they currently do not facilitate online ordering. I normally call in my order to have it ready when I pick it up and all is wonderful. However, this week I unknowingly ordered online and when I picked it up I was surprised when I was charged a $1.10 for a delivery fee! If you want to order ahead...call it in. If you order online it goes through a second party such as door Dash and even though you pick it up yourself you will be charged a delivery fee. I still love Beck's Prime. I just want everyone to know to call your order in and not to order online,
Great customer service! I used my birthday coupon and the staff shared with me how I could use it. They were very patient and very friendly while I made my choices. Their Mediterranean Ahi tuna salad is delicious. Thank you for making my b-day dinner a delicious one!
This place has the best patio in all of Houston. The 400 year old oak tree provides shade for lots of tables and it is tucked away from major streets. Reminds me of a German beer garden.Food is delicious too. We think out of all becks locations we have eaten at, this one somehow always tastes best. Try the ribeye steak sandwich!
I've been coming to this location for over 30 years. As kids, we used to ask my dad to take us to "Under the Tree". The patio is lovely and shaded by an amazing oak tree which is older than Houston itself.Of course, Beck's Prime makes some of the best burgers in town. The hickory cheeseburger is wonderful. Although I live in Europe now, this is the first restaurant I come to whenever I'm back in Houston.
Our food came out quickly and it was fresh and delicious! We got Ribeye Sandwiches, yummy. The service here is also top notch. Gonna add this spot to our weekly lunch rotation!
Manager was very prejudice. On Sunday 2/20/22 I went in there to pick up a DoorDash order that only consisted of a kids meal upsized to a large drink and a chocolate shake. I knew the order was received ahead of time because once I gave the name for the order the drink and shake was prepared and handed to me within two minute. The line was long and people ahead of me received their order. They told me 5 times within a 15, almost 20 minute wait that something wasn't right when a long line of people who came after me had received their orders. An Uber Eats driver came in long after me had all of her things prepared. The manager constantly looked at me with a smug look as he would say "it's being prepared right now" all for a kids cheeseburger. The three employees who were at the register and drive thru even made comments as to why my order, specifically was pushed back and taking too long when I had been there for over 12 minutes at the time. Not to place blame on the owner but I hope to see management diversified in the future. It's 2022!
I just did take-out at this location about 30 min ago. Service was excellent at the drive-thru. I noticed this location has the best outdoor seating arrangement I have ever seen at a Becks Prime in all of Houston(and trust me, I’ve dined at multiple locations throughout Houston) Love their steak sandwich! I ordered fries but it was not that great! Very disappointed in the fries otherwise I would’ve given them 5 stars. Other than that the burgers here are excellent!! Highly recommend the steak sandwich!!!! Bring your wife, your girlfriend or your mistress. Just not at the same time. I’m only joking. Cheers! :)
One of the best salads I've ever had... and I don't usually eat salad. The vegan burger was huge, and delicious.
I love Beck's Prime! The food is super high quality and really tasty. Their staff are literally the nicest, most friendly workers I've ever encountered at any restaurant. The burgers are really good and the Ahi Tuna sandwich is amazing! Gotta have a Beck's Beer in a frosted mug to go with the food.
