Let me start off by saying I love BB’s. I have been to several locations but this one is so far my least favorite. For starters the staff was not as friendly as other locations. The crawfish was extremely over cooked and unlike other locations the potatoes and corn were brought on the side so they were dry. The potatoes were undercooked and the crawfish had no juice at the bottom like there usually is. They didn’t have coke so that also added to the disappointment. The bathroom was very unkept and unclean and they don’t even bother sweeping all the flies dead by the windows. When I see things like that I can’t help but wonder how the kitchen that is not in view must look like. I’m honestly surprised this has better ratings than the montrose and westheimer location. I highly doubt I will return it even suggest this location to anyone.

Was a great cajun dining experience where I had the much talked about cajun style crawfish and shrimp poboy. They have a great selection of beers on tap. The place was highly recommended by friends in Houston and they sure delivered on the food, drinks and ambience. Its located in the up and coming Houston Heights area. A must visit if in Houston.
This was my first time at this location. Very close the my home a plus, food was horrible ???. Maybe I will try and come another time but I have to be starving and this is the last place on earth open. Lol seriously. We as customers shouldn't have to know your business is short staffed, your guys are open for business. I hope to see changes if I ever decide to return. Just a waste of money to come here just my first time option
Aweaome place. Great food and service. Must eat here! The crawfish are the best i have ever had. Get the wet rub you wont be sorry!

Went here last night with family and it was the worst service ever!! Our waitress Crystal not only did not check to see if we needed anything but it's like she completely ignored us. The waiter Dylan was actually providing us better service who was the waiter to the table beside us. Our food took 1 hr. and 20 mins to arrive, and this was after we reminded her that we had yet to receive it, mind you tables she got after us had already received their meals. Food was cold, drinks were watered down/hot, and we had to proceed to go order at the bar to get drinks. Took over 25 mins to get our tab so half of our party had to leave while me and my bf waited for her to come and pick up the tab. Which she never did. We were paying in cash so did not just want to leave it on the table. After a ridiculous additional 20 minutes we then decided for me to head home and him stay behind since I live on the SW side of Houston. We agreed for me to leave and him find the manager to make the payment. As I was leaving, she chased me down and accused me of wanting to leave without paying!! I was horrified!! I made her aware he was still in the restaurant to pay. My bf then said he was standing at the door when she enters completely walks by him and shrugs, gets the manager and proceeds to accuse him of wanting to leave without paying!! Mind you he is still in the restaurant wanting to pay!! I am appalled at how she can be in the service industry!!! Worst service ever!! I have been here various times and never had such bad treatment! Definitely not sure if ill return. Such and embarrassing situation!!
Overall it was pretty good and I would come back.Shrimp was over cooked but they did replace it and the second batch was spot on.Service was above average.Cost of food was fair considering the quality of the meal.My favorite was the pineapple sausage.
We didn't like the tiny table we were sat at, first of all. We expressed that we needed more space and asked if we could sit at a certain table. We were told there was no server there, understandable. However, less than five minutes later another guest was seated there. Then I asked for the swirled drink as shown on the website. I received a straight hurricane. Didn't want to send it back, I don't believe in wasting alcohol or want spit in my drink. Ordered two pounds of crawfish, as we usually do a taste test before we order out usual ten+ pounds. They were nasty. They tasted like hot sauce and salt were poured on top. The potatoes were the texture of mashed potatoes and the corn tastes like the same hot sauce and salt. No actual flavor. The server was nice enough, but when I questioned my drink, she replied maybe they just didn't put ENOUGH of the white in my swirl. We may be back to try something else, but the crawfish were an no for me.Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
It's a very lively place. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are delicious. Don't leave without having the bread pudding. It's the best I have ever had. I will be going again.
