walked in waited at least 10 minutes and got no help the male staff were to busy talking to the females at the tables. and the female staff we're too busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to their customers.

Met some friends at BB's for happy hour. The crawfish with the Tex-Orleans way were so flavorful. I have been thinking about them ever since and can't wait to go back. The frozen mango margarita was good too. And a special shot out to Drew and Eden. As packed as it was, they both provided excellent service. Will definitely be back!!!
Always a great experience, staff was friendly and always got a smile , the crawfish was well cooked and really well seasoned I really enjoyed this flavor and I come to this location way too much hahaha but really a great place to eat some good crawfish
If you’re in H-town, BB’s is an ok spot to go. It’s NOT the average La seafood NOR the portions! Our waitress was the bomb of course , cause she was from NOLA. NO this is NOT black own & it’s also a chain restaurant, so u CAN find VERY MANY of them! The atmosphere was what I expected seafood & La. pictures. The service was sturdy. She made show we were good, checking to see if we needed ANYTHING. The portions of the food was filling, but just know: they cut their catfish fillets in half, so you’re REALLY getting strips. FYI: the empanadas are JUST mini crawfish pies, but with shrimp & alfresco sauce added. Those were different & DELICIOUS MUST try ???
This place was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. The server (Drew) was great, the food and drinks were delicious and the energy in the place was awesome!
We love the Crawfish at this location.absolutely ? the best, last night, we drove from across town just to come to this location. omg, the Alligator sausage is a must try. The last 3 times we were blessed with an amazing server Ambrosha, she real got it together, she so friendly and polite and knows the menu and knows how to treat her guests. Hope she sticks around for a while.
The Crawfish is unlike any my wife and I have had and it’s fantastic. The service has never let us down and Drew the manager was very welcoming. I highly recommend BB’s.
My family always enjoys BB's, especially during their crawfish season! Our recent visit, Tamara was our server (HIGHLY recommend to request). She is definitely smiling behind her mask and her service was on point. The main reason for this review is that we've been coming to this specific location (77057) for several years now and have never been asked if we were enrolled in their rewards program. We double checked, and nope, no rewards account on file. It's the little things of remembering to let your guests know all of the benefits they can get, especially when the rewards creates repeat customers. It only makes sense, as you earn discounts or free food.....Who wouldn't want that?! Thanks again to Tamara for getting us our first free appetizer on our next visit. We'll see you soon!
