The staff is always so friendly. We place orders here frequently through Uber Eats even though there's a shop closer to home. Any time an item we order is out of stock, they make sure to let us know. Tonight, they sent us a message with our Uber Ears order to let us know they were sorry about not having any whip cream. They gave us a few extra cherries and almonds to make up for it. Super sweet gesture with a hand written note. Thank you!!
An uncomfortable experience. They closed the store an hour early. They didn’t have anywhere on the door that their hours had changed. Just a sign that said use other door. Pulled on the second door and was even more embarrassed than when I pulled on the first door ? The girls inside looked right at us and looked away. Maybe they changed their hours because of covid and forgot to post their new hours or something. It was just super uncomfortable to make eye contact with the girls who looked right back at me and my boyfriend and then have them look back at their cleaning. At least they’re keeping it clean, right? ? Not going back though.

My husband and I tried coming here the past two nights before 10pm and they were closed. First night at 9:50pm (which was no biggie, we understood) but then the second night was at 9:30pm and they’re closed.

Great location! The other Houston locations leave something to be desired, but something here is VERY different. Perhaps it's the establishment itself, which has been spotless since the day it opened. Or maybe it's the attentive management, who can often be seen in the shop, even serving ice cream. Their overall kind demeanor, infectious smiles, and happiness to give multiple tastings make this location a hidden gem. I recommend completely.
