Best meal prep place ever! Meals are tasty, well prepared, and have quality ingredients. Portions are sufficient for their size. Ashly was very helpful and very good at accommodating my necessities. Good job Balanced Foods! 10/10
I’ve been a customer for 2 years and the food is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite is the lemon pepper Turkey in the medium. Definitely recommend trying it, if you want to eat healthy and have portion control. They have gluten free options.
It was my first time at Balance Food and I was unsure on what to get, However, Ashli was of great help and she was knowledgeable about each meal. I stayed to eat my meal and she made me feel like home, most definitely coming back.

Just WOW! I’ve recently moved into the Vintage Park area, I’d seen the sign and kept saying I’d stop in. WELL!!!…Today I stopped in and was welcomed by the nicest clerk, while I think it was obvious I was new he still took time to explain what each meal had to offer; as well as a few personal recommendations. I’ve just tried the Lemon Pepper Turkey, let me say that I am beyond impressed!! Looking forward to trying more meals, they are affordable with a great selection!
