Ridiculous experience and service today. My husband ordered a small smoothie. Waited 20 minutes and still no smoothie. It wasn't that busy when entering. Asked for a refund or for the smoothie to be made ASAP and he was told they couldn't refund his order. He reiterated to please then go ahead and make the smoothie we've been waiting on because we have to go and the manager then denied the service THAT HE PAID FOR AND WAITED AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME FOR. It took me, his 8 months pregnant wife, entering the restaurant and demanding either the smoothie or a refund to actually get one or the other. The manager wouldn't even look my way. A young man ended up making the smoothie for me in less than 2 minutes as the manager smirked. We will not be returning. Ran by a bunch of young kids who lack customer service
I’m from New Orleans- where we have snowballs, so I have high standards for shaved ice. Bahama bucks does it different, and does it very well. Instead of a huge block of ice shaved down with the machine they used crushed ice and blend with ingredients - it’s delicious, very smooth ice, and good flavors. If you need a sugar kick the Oreo is ??????
Cute little local business. Didn’t know there is a drive through until we found out the store was closed. Lines at the drive through can be really long, make sure to order online for pick up waiting sitting in the car. There are a variety of flavors and kids loved them.
After a bad experience at a different location, my husband and I made a late night trip to this one. Hands down the best snow cone we’ve ever had. Well worth the drive and we will definitely be back. I would’ve tipped if we’d had any cash on us.
Went on a Sunday evening at 8pm and Service was extremely slow. Ordered online and the store was closed so we had to wait in the drive through line for an hour and a half to pick up the order. Would have left but there was no way to cancel my order. The smoothie was good but the extremely long wait already kind of ruined the experience.

I give the store 1 star (zero stars) for the past 1 year and half I've been going this location for a regular size cooler of snow no flavoring no party pack just the snow. I would called hours in advance and they always have it ready on time. Today all of sudden they told me they cant do it unless its 24hrs that's what they do which is lie because I always get a cooler every 2 weeks and this first time I've heard of it... won't be going back to this location
I usually don’t post reviews but I have been to this location a few times now and the service is extremely slow. Maybe understaffed, who knows. This time I sat in line for 20 minutes and never moved. There were about six cars in front of me. I’m assuming I would have sat there for about 45 minutes before ever making it to the drive-through window. It also appears that the inside is not open which may alleviate some of the drive-through line. Snowcones are good but not worth sitting there for an hour.
I've been to three locations and this one was the best,the service was awesome the young man that took our order was very manerable...I always have to get two one with flavor an one with just sno?
Very unprofessional, immature staff working during my visit. Waited longer than I feel necessary to get my order as a result. Wasn't very impressed with the shaved ice either. Might try a different location for better luck.
