The snow cones at bahama bucks are delicious. The service at this location is terrible.The drive through line was long, so my date and I went inside. The wait was so long. We waited 40 minutes for our snow cones for no good reason. There were six people behind the counter "working" but only two of them were doing anything. One was working on inside orders and one was working in outside orders. The rest of them were standing around talking and playing around like they weren't busy. It was ridiculous. Once we finally did get our order, it was wrong?‍♀️Do not recommend!

I went in with husband and 4 kids. We ordered and went outside to wait because their AC was out. After 30 minutes I went inside and asked if something was broken. I seen about 5-6 young kids just standing around and only 1 person making everything. I was told everyone was training. This happened 2 times before with the wait to the point drive thru orders only. I decided to give them 3 chances. I'm done. Never coming back.

This is the worst BB in Houston. We have had more awful experiences than good experiences. We tried ordering 3 sno cones through Door Dash. They said it would be 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, we still didn’t have any. I cancelled my order and went to the store. When I finally go to order, there is a sign that says exact change only, no card. They couldn’t even give me change if I needed it. I always have issues with this location.

The snow cups are great, but the wait time for plain snow cups are terrible. I though coming to order inside would be faster.. wrong… there are 6 people working. The guy that’s doing custom orders is super slow. I’ll think twice about when it’s a good time to stop and order, didn’t realize I had to wait 30 plus minutes for 2 items and they’re taking phone orders as well? as I’m waiting people are asking for refund and some customer waited to put in their walked away because it’s taking so long for the young man yo take their order. They need organization, poor management.

2 stars because we love Bahama Bucks! but this location service is absolutely terrible!!! they constantly mess up orders and the wait is sometimes over 1 hour. we stopped going because of the long waits for very little customers. seems like no management is there because employees just seem to be goofing off, which is fun and fine but not when you are making people wait over 1 hour for 2 snow cones.

I’ve been in the line for the past 20 minutes just waiting for ONE snow cone (along with this person). This isn’t the first time we have waited so long and we don’t even have AC, so we are just sticks in the heat, sweating and waiting 20+ minutes for snow cone. It’s ridiculous. We pull up to the drive through, and they say “we’ll be right with you”…. Waits 5-10 minutes just to take the order, and then another 10-30 minutes just to give the other person their order, another 5-10 for them just to take the money for my order, and then waits another 5 to hand it. This is ridiculous and shouldn’t take this long. I’ve been looking into getting my own machine.

After leaving the Fairfield location in Cypress (who also have no workers that are knowledgeable in gift cards), I called this location to ensure they had gift cards available. The guy that answered the phone stated that they do indeed have gift cards but no one there that knows how to activate them. A SOP could easily remedy this universal problem that all Bahama Bucks in the Houston area seem to be having. Why do 2 different locations not have employees that know how to sell a gift card? This is the future of business apparently, just throw it up and let everyone else figure out how to run it. So disappointing!

This place is so disappointing. I stopped going years ago because it sucked and thought to give it a try today. Well, I was disappointed. My snow cone had what looked like blue thread and some kind of black stuff in it. Maybe mold? Idk but had to toss it. Customer service still sucked too. Such a bummer.

The WORST Bahama bucks in Houston, second time I’ve come and had issues with them! Employees rather play around than take orders and take forever for one snowcone. Asked for extra syrup on my snowcone and mind you it was a black cherry and it came out white, asked them if they can add more syrup and had eyes rolled at me and they barely added any. After driving home saw that the bottom half was completely WHITE! Payed so much for just plain ice. They take forever and employees don’t want to work and management never seems to address these issues. Save yourself the money and go to the individual snowcone shops.

I appreciate the effort of Mrs. Sophia James fx for helping me work from home despite being quarantined.
