Bagels have a very hard (over baked) outside and my $3 of cream cheese?? (See pic) I’ve been to plenty of bagel shops in NYC - I’m pretty sure they would be offended with how little cream cheese was on this. Also it didn’t taste good. Both kids didn’t like it; it wasn’t sweet with minimal flavor. As much as I dislike chains, should have gone to Einstein.Only person in store about 15 min after open, waited several minutes to place order. After order they didn’t fix my food but took a catering order from a person begging me.
What a great shop! Breakfast sandwich was delicious, great prices, and very friendly staff! Also they had pizza bagel’s which I hadn’t had since I was a kid in Connecticut so that was also really good and took me back? I def recommend checking this place out!
Best breakfast sandwiches hands down! I drive out of my way to come here because it’s just so good. There’s not many bagel places in Houston and these are the best I’ve had. The business is small and feels very cozy and welcoming, great house made teas and a great selection of bagels. Get there early cause they sell out quick!
I like bagels a lot, so when I see a bagel joint, I always stop to try. I ordered the everything bagel with onion and chive spread. It was really tasty. I feel the bagel could have been a little fresher, but the cream cheese was delicious. Customers service was great. I was greeted when I walked in and thanked when I left.
Edited: when we initially came, we waited for 20+ minutes and then found out they totally forgot about our order. Since then, the owner reached out and we went to try again. He was very gracious and wants nothing more than to make people happy. After giving this place another shot, I have to say that this is the best bagel I have ever had. Thank you for your commitment to good food and service.

I stopped here this morning before heading home because of the current 4.8 ⭐️ rating. I was not disappointed. I will definitely have to visit again to try the cinnamon or apple crumb cake. They both looked equally amazing. Bagel Bob’s is not limited to just bagels. This is a great shop that you could easily pass up due to its size. I ordered the lox sandwich and messily enjoyed every bite. The everything bagel was well-covered with everything and baked to perfection. The sandwich is well stacked with onions, cream cheese, tomato, and thick slices of smoked salmon. Don’t forget the capers! It’s a perfect way to start your day. I got two more everything bagels and a mouth watering croissant for the road as well. I love breakfast food. A wonderful bagel stop in Houston!

Was craving bagels and went out of my way to give this place a try. I was NOT disappointed. The bagels were so good...warm, crunchy outside, soft pillowy inside. Just wish I was closer!
my husband and popped in for the first time. I had an egg bagel with cream cheese and lox sandwich. delicious my husband got the pastrami sandwich. also awesome. I love they sell day old bags for 2 bux
