B&T Cafe is a small Vietnamese restaurant offering banh mi, broken rice dishes, pho, and other Vietnamese dishes along with a variety of beverages like boba milk teas and smoothies at a reasonable price. The restaurant is lodged between a washateria and salon, behind the tacos tierra calientes food truck. Parking can be tough since the lot does not have a lot of parking, but there is some street parking in the neighborhood behind it. The interior is simple and clean. The owners are always welcoming and fast. There's a small bar in the front to sit at and a few tables in the back for dining in.We have had the bbq pork, chicken lemongrass, and tofu banh mi along with the fries, vietnamese green milk tea, and house milk tea with boba. Every banh mi always comes with a good ratio of vegetables and protein inside between the crispy and soft baguettes. The bbq pork was juicy and the sauce was delicious, though I wish there was more sauce to fill every bite. The chicken lemongrass was juicy and bursting with flavor as well. The tofu was just OK. All the banh mi were filling. The fries were served hot, and they are tossed in salt and sugar which gives an interesting sweet/salty flavor which I personally really liked. Be warned that these fries don't travel well when ordering to go though - they get soggy pretty quick- but when dining in they are fantastic. The milk tea and boba is amazing and probably our most favorite thing from here! The portion size is pretty big, the milk tea is delicious and creamy (heavier on the milk side rather than tea), and the boba is soft and flavorful. The vietnamese green milk tea was also delicous, though the green tea flavor overtook the "vietnamese milk tea" flavor I'm accustomed to.Overall the food is delicious, the drinks are phenomenal, and prices are very reasonable. Make sure to give this place a try!

Inadequate parking. Stale bread on the banh mi. Those are the bad things. On the up side, once you find a place to park, the place is quirky on the inside, if small. The spring roll I had was good and so was the Vietnamese coffee. There are so many great Vietnamese restaurants in Houston that I can't see myself going back to this one.

My favorite Bahn Mi in Houston! The bread is super fresh and the meat options are available for all tastes. Though not a vegetarian, I prefer the shredded tofu. I’ve never been able to find a tofu skin bahn mi before and it’s really unique and tasty. Spring rolls and boba are also delightful!

When you guys have impromptu closures can you update your social media pages? You used to do this on Facebook, but there have been twice I've driven by in the last few months where you were closed during normal business hours... Also feel like ya'll never answer the phone anymore.I'm a fan of the shredded chicken sandwich. Very tasty, but depending on who is making it they can be a little stingy on the meat

I go here very often and love getting the jasmine milk tea with egg pudding. I also really like the tofu banh mi. The workers here are nice and I'm always recommending my friends this place (:

We passed by this place for 2 bowls of beef pho, milk tea and Vietnamese coffee . It was a very happy meals on this 34F weather. Highly reccommend this place.

Favorite Bánh mì shop in Houston and basically ever! Well seasoned pork! I always order the number 1 and add an egg and extra pate! Keep the jalapeños ! Get a milk tea/boba tea to help tie in all the flavors !

5 stars for the banh mi. Better than a lot of other well-known places in Bellaire tbh. :) what a pleasant surprise. <3

Value for money. Don't miss to order Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly and chicken banmi (Vietnamese Sandwich).

Best smoothies and banh mi inside the loop! This place is a real sleeper you don't want to miss.
