Cold but decent.
Every single one was burnt , hard ,and cold. Cheese dip was also not warmed. And it barley had enough salt!! I’m so annoyed I’ll never order from this place again.
Was extremely hungry and they were the only place open at 4:30 AM. The pretzel dogs were good and service was friendly.
Ok I have to say I came all the way from terminal A to terminal E for this. Was really looking forward to my pretzel but was kinda disappointed. Granted it was 7am, but it was kinda stale. Idk, the customer service was great but the food was ehh...Also the first one I had was more burnt than the one in this picture.
Yum. Friendly quick service and delicious menu. If you don’t like this place you probably don’t enjoy sugar or bread.

These lazy employees refuse to make more pretzels if they’re within 15 minutes of closing. If y’all haven’t closed then you should still be providing the product that you offer. You also can’t call their business phone for some reason.

Im confused why the cashiers are allowed to handle money, all day, and fix drinks, close the lid, touch the lid and straw,with the same gloves. We are in the middle of a pandemic. There should not be a shortage of gloves concerning food or drinks.PLEASE TELL YOUR CASHIERS NOT TO HANDLE LIDS AFTER HANDLING MONEY.it's disgusting, please do better ?
