I just placed my order tonight with Ashley Cakes and I have to say Kelly was amazing. She was informative, kind, and so patient with my requests. I had an idea in my head but had a hard time finding what I wanted online. But, Kelly and Michelle were both able to find something that worked with my theme! I cannot wait to see and taste the final product!

These were the best cupcakes ever!. Have you ever tried the other cupcake places like crave or sprinkles? Well those places can not be compared or even come close. The flavor and moistness Of these cupcakes are the best you will ever taste.

Cannot recommend this company for wedding cakes. They were so late in delivering the cakes to my daughters wedding! Literally delivered in in middle of reception! Then they rushed to get the flowers on it and smashed in one side. Totally unacceptable. They offered a minimal refund and a credit, but still was super dissatisfied with the service. It was a huge embarrassment to have vendors delivering bride and groom cakes with guests walking around and watching… DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I’ve ordered from Ashely’s about a dozen times and never had a disappointing experience. The staff is nice, cakes and cupcakes great and I think the prices are very reasonable. You can’t go wrong with Ashley’s.One last thing … to the person complaining about the price of 6 cupcakes. No one forced you to buy them. Giving a poor rating on price is childish. Value is placed by the buyer, and if you didn’t see the value, go to Kroger and buy and inferior product that tastes like dirt
I’d prefer more cupcake to icing ratio. Also carrot cup cake bread too airy / light and could add sweetless imo. Pricey too.
If I could give negative stars I would. Not sure if it was Ashley herself or an employee, but we do not even want to purchase from her after this experience. Her store is located on a strip building with other restaurants and stores, my boyfriend and I park close to her store since the lot was packed, to run next door and pick up our online order from egghaus, and within 5 seconds a lady was harassing my boyfriend about parking where we parked(for ONE MINUTE mind you), also threatening a tow truck and saying one was on the way. Lady, first of all, NOBODY was even in your store at that time, so chill. Second, you were incredibly rude about a lot you don't even legally own and I'll be spreading the word about how unwelcoming y'all are. Funny enough, we were actually going to order a cake that same day from there after we picked up our our breakfast. Whoops.
