First time visitors! We came for their Mother's Day Brunch and had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived. Valet was super welcoming and kind. We did not have reservations but the hostess was able to accommodate us. As busy as it was, everyone remained professional, calm and attentive with welcoming smiles. Food was delicious! Very impressed with the variety. I loved the fresh limonada. Picos must be very proud of their staff! We are looking forward to dine in for dinner soon. Thank you for a great Mother's Day experience!
Our garcon was Angle, amazing service and knowledge about the food. The food here had a true Mexican taste.An avocado-based Mexican dish, aguachile features shrimp submerged in a liquid with chili peppers, lime juice, salt, cilantro, cucumber slices, and onion slices. Raw vegetables, such as cucumbers, are often added. Molcajetes are used to prepare this raw seafood dish that originates in the west region of Mexico.
If you're looking for more authentic Mexican and not just texmex, this seems to be the place ! We had live band tonight that was nice and it was packed. Reservations highly recommend and selection of wine and tequila was pretty good. We had a decent spread to share as well. A mix of meat to eat with our fresh fajitas. Quite liked it , would try again and during the summer for patio season. Enjoy !
Everything was wonderful. The service was attentive, kind, and courteous. The atmosphere old school deep Mexico. This is NOT quickly assembled Tex Mex! I had the Pozole Verde and loved it. Served with a side plate with chopped jalapeño, radish, lettuce, onion, and lime wedges. Tortillas are hand made and delicious. Shaker margarita did not disappoint. I will be back?

The best margaritas in Houston. Everything here is delicious. Service is usually tops as well. We like spicy food and their salsa’s been as spicy as Mexico lately.
