This is my family's favorite spot for dessert. It's become a tradition to stop here for dessert regardless of which restaurant we go to for dinner.It usually very packed, but we always find a place to sit. They also have tables outside.My personal favorite is their vanilla ice cream. It may sound boring, but it's different from any other vanilla ice cream.Their Falooda and Rabri Delight are also our family favorite.
We went in for dessert. We tried their signature falooda which comes with ice-cream and cut-up kulfi. It's so delicious that it's decadent. My partner's first words after tasting the falooda were, "How is this so good?!" We truly loved it. It's the perfect place for desserts. Do try their signature falooda. They have ones in a plastic cup as well as what they call their "Ultimate Faloodas" which come in mason jars. The portions are sizeable and satisfying. Their ice-creams are rather tasty too. Their rose ice-cream is especially amazing as the flavor is subtle and not excessively sweet.The place is very neat and clean. There is a lot of seating area. They have several options of ice-creams, shakes, and of course, falooda. The staff is quite polite and helpful.

I'm by no means a connoisseur of Pakistani desserts and juices. I do however know a delicious tasting dessert when I experience one. We visited Alpha Dessert for the first time tonight. It was exciting to see the variations offered here. We decided on the Ultimate Coffee Cream Shake. I believe the photos shows how impressive this dessert looks! It tasted just as good. One was definitely enough shared with my partner. We were impressed by the staff. We looked up at one point and counted 48 people in the store! That's serious volume!! The staff moved quickly behind the counter and seemed to be producing the orders to the satisfaction of everyone in the store. That was some pressure and they handled it well!! We would definitely visit again.
I've been their regular customer since 2020. The only problem I have so far is that they don't have Standardized Work Practice. You get a particular shake and it'll be good. Next time you order the same shake and its taste would be totally different. So their Quality is not fixed. Person making shake, Rush hours etc makes a difference in their standard.
Visited here for my daughters birthday outing the cashier was friendly that is the only reason of the two stars I asked for the ice cream to be served after receiving the food and it was all given at the same time the food was salty and cold and tables were dirty. The person making our shakes did not wear gloves and touched our straw with his bare hands. The pictures look nice but did not receive what I expected as show in them. Not worth the money and left dissatisfied.
Great experience. Very yummy snacks and desserts. And great service. We will visit every time we are back in town!
Takeout was quick and the menu easy to understand. The mango Kulfi, and the Mango falooda were just divine.
Gola Ganda and the lassi with khoya ice cream are phenomenal!!
Cool place for faloodas and desert. Not recomnebded for chai as they only serve doodh pati, which is ok
