I like here because food is very good. I went here last week and guy name Akram always ask me for my number. Sometime I not want to come because him. I see here this a problem because some sister also mention here in reviews. Seems this guy always asking for every girl number. Manager need to talk to guy to solve problem because he making problem for girls.
Awesome food we used to get from Abu Omar halal but the last time we got from it the fries were so so so bad and the guy spoke rudely then we went back to the reem and it was delicious so goooooooood! LOVE IT!!!
We were starving and saw a few halal trucks. Upon walking to a few a man in the Al Reem truck calls us over which was funny. We asked where’s the best shawarma and he says his truck of course.We order and leave. We got the lamb and chicken shawarma. In my opinion, the shawarma was amazinggggg and I loved much more than the lamb.. even though I love lamb.I’m giving a 4 star because we noticed we were charged a little extra and when we called he said the prices on the truck were old prices. It would be great if you can tell customers about the new pricing or make new posters. He was also nice enough to offer us a free sandwich but we were too far away lol
They don’t give u any offer for ketchup for franchise and any forks or knives for to go order. The food is ok.

This place sucks to be honest. Not to purposely hurt this place but I asked for the best thing the guy suggests, he said the chicken shawarma and I went with that and it was probably some of the worst thing I’ve tried. Also I got samosas and it didn’t come with any sauce. I mean at least give some kind of spicy or sweet sauce with it. I feel like it’s poorly managed and the quality and just dropped from what it used to be.
Service was okay, but upon pickup the guy put the food in the shopping bag weirdly and almost half fell out into the bag. I somehow was able to angle it and get some of it back in the box but it already had Ketchup packets and napkins mixed into it. Get to the car and there are no utensils. Go back and the guys just says sorry and laughs off the situation. My bag and clothes ate my food more than me. Also didn't taste that great. Won't be coming back.
The best Arabic fast food restaurant I know of in the Houston Metropolitan area by far. Excellent service, delicious foods that are served fresh, and the restaurant has low prices too.This is a must eat at restaurant in my opinion.I eat at this restaurant every time I'm in the area.My rating is AAA+++.This restaurant is clean and sanitary. The restaurant also uses Door Dash for delivery of their fine cuisine ?
