Hands down, this spot just gave us some great service while our first time here. The food was very presentable and delicious too. This place was clean and and very stylish inside too. Very clean with a good atmosphere. I just wish the person/manager getting my to go order wasn’t so rude. Other than that, it is a good place.
The food is usually okay. Not 5 star worthy. But lately the food has this reheated not fresh taste. And for the price this food should be fresh. The shrimp with broccoli was cold. The rice greasy like it was the second time they fried it. They could do better for the price. Very disappointed this last time I went.
Chicken is rubber , most unauthentic Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Quite frankly a disappointing experience. Will not be coming back.
First time here. Loved the Pu Pu Platter appetizer. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Great service.
I love Akashi, always great food, great lunch specials. Their crab puffs at this specific location are amazing and I would come here just for those things.The major issue I have is the nightly waitstaff. Every online resource and their printed menu state this location closes at 10pm. Yet as you walk in theres a handwritten sign saying they close at 9:30 and they tell you right away if you come.in anytime near closing. I walked in at 8:40pm and they were very rude about seating my table stating they close at 9:30. Again, everything official states they close at 10. They finally sat me and promptly told me the kitchen closes at 9:15 and mentioned it two more times as my table arrived. This was all before 9pm for a restaurant that closes at 10. It's very disarming to go to a restaurant that you enjoy and receive such different types of service at different times of the day. If you've updated your hours, then it should be updated across the platforms that people will use to find you.
One of my favorite places to dine in the Summerwood area. Their lunch special is a steal..... with an entree, soup, and egg roll for less than $12. Drinks are strong too and the evening atmosphere is very nice.
Waiter took forever just to serve us . When I told the manager I didn’t like the food he smacked his lips and took our food and walked off he didn’t issue an apology or anything . The shrimp fired rice came out burnt like they gave us the bottom of the pot and it was hard. The waiter didn’t issue an apology. Everything was weird !!! And it was an uncomfortable vibe toward us . I wouldn’t come here again honestly.
Everything they have is so delicious and the customer service is always great. The restaurant is beautiful and always clean! I love this place! We go and order to go all the time
