My coworker raved about this place, so today we took the trip to enjoy the experience. We had a few dishes that included beef, chicken and goat. The flavors were like nothing I’ve tasted before. The spices gave beautiful aromas that danced on my tongue. The servers were attentive. After we finished our entrees we drank a yogurt blend with mango purée. The drink had a good balance of sweetness and it is very refreshing. The atmosphere is great for family, big lunch groups or a nice meal in a booth. I will be taking more of my friends there without a doubt.
Everything went good the food is fantastic and especially there rice and meat good food everything is good
High quality food, watta lovely restaurant. Always enjoy my meals at Aga's. Spl Mentions to Mr Rizwan (Supervisor) for always providing amazing service and support to the guests. Best wishes to the team at Aga's Sunil
Lamb chops are to die for, the best I've had. The place was full but this didn't impact their service at all, great servers and quick service. It was my first visit and I assumed it was a fine dining restaurant based on what I heard, however, it's a casual dining place. The food quality is amazing regardless.Desserts were okay. Would love to try more from their menu on my next visit.
We had been to Houston on a trip. Stopped by Agas to have dinner, the place was crowded to the core but got table in 15 mins. Food was served to us after 20-25 mins of wait after ordering. Ordered Aga’s chicken masala- which was good. Peshwari karahi chicken- Good Naans, Sheermal, Tawa Parotta. Loved the Chicken biryani. Falooda, Balushahi was good. Gajar Halwa was okay. The quantity was less compared to the price. I liked the service and food. Loved the mango lassi and mint mojito.
Solid 5/5 all around. The service is great and so is the food. This place is popular so does get packed. All dishes are flavorful and the goat chops are a must. It’s perfectly season and cooked perfect. The remaining items are all great - most dishes are that same base with different meats so you can definitely get the meat/veggie of your choice with the gravy.
My wife & I are big plant based foodies. My wife went a few days ago with a cousin (I was not able to visit) and she loved it so much that she said I had to go back with her this weekend. It was my first time at Aga’s and absolutely loved everything! Fantastic food! So much flavor. Naureen our server was fantastic! We explained that we were plant based and she patiently explained items for us. We’ll definitely return and request her. Please visit her and tip her well.Follow on Instagram at [@TonyCommonGRD]
Good service, tasty food and well behaved staff
Food aside, hands down, I have never seen such a well-orchestrated Desi restaurant in the region! Even with a full house, the seating pace and the swift serving show that they have sufficient staff and that they are serious about customer service and repeat business. They even seem to have a "hall monitor" walking the floor just to maintain order. Meal-wise, I absolutely enjoyed their Kabab Karahi variety. Dessert-wise, their Mithai Chaat is a killer. I noticed a significant non-Desi presence indulged in food. Perhaps the slightly toned down version of meals, with respect to oil, helped. Other Desi restaurants topping with a layer of oil in most cases should definitely learn a lesson and follow the lead. It's nice to see that the staff continues to wear a mask even when it's no longer mandated. Some feedback: I do wish they had Kata Kat more than just in the fish menu. Additionally, it wouldn't hurt to experiment with adding Kalakand, Jalebi, and Barfi to the Mithai Chaat. Also, it'd be nice to have the (sweet) Pan as part of the dessert menu and served at the table instead of having to order it outside at the window and for cash-only. Oh, and the Masala Chai tastes like the regular tea with lots of evaporated milk, but minus the actual spice taste (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, etc.). While the ambience is not that bad, not having any big-screen TV's disappointed me. Given the heavy traffic and the covid era, perhaps it's time to expand or add a second story! All in all, you've almost mastered the art of running a restaurant - keep up the GREAT work!
Excellent food , friendly service and ambience. A place to enjoy the food with family
