All the food is hot and fresh, but none of it is what I would call “good.” Most of the dishes we got were very bland and had an odd flavor. The combination lo mein was dry and had no taste…not to mention that they use spaghetti noodles and not lo mein noodles.Two stars for the freshness. We won’t be back.
Food was pretty good, however I paid $3 for extra egg in my shrimp fried rice it look like they knelt added one egg on top and disregarded the egg that is actually supposed to be in the rice. I’m also disappointed because I ordered a large shrimp fried fried rice and only got a total of SIX shrimp in my Large….. I’d hate to see how many come in the small. Lastly my General Tao’s was supposed to be spicy and it’s not spicy at all, regular
I was looking for a place to enjoy a meal out with my friend but the restaurant stated that there's no dining in due to staff shortage. We reluctantly ordered takeout and when the bill came to $50.00 for 2 people i made a comment about us having to spend so much and she said that she could easily cancel the order so I told her to go right ahead. I won't be going back there again
I ordered delivery and everything was wonderful. I ordered veg lo mein, curry tofu, fried chicken wings, and crab rangoon. 5 stars because the delivery time was as expected and the food was still piping hot when I received my order. The fried chicken wings were my favorite. They are super crispy and pair perfectly with some sweet chili sauce that I have at home which was exactly what I wanted and hoped for.
The chicken fried rice were delicious. Orange chicken was okay.
Chicken Fried Rice is my fave or Combination. That’s what I usually order. It’s always pretty good , portions have gotten smaller though. Smaller plate.
I love this place with all my heart. You can tell when they cook they really cook with love. I would recommend 100%. I always get the garlic sauce with rice and it is amazing. And the prices are worth it.
Terrible customer service, ordered through uber eats, called ahead to ask if I could make a substitution for broccoli instead of squash. Spoke to the manager and she said yes. I called after placing the order to follow up that they got the change before they started making the order. She said it was going to be an additional charge which she did not mention before. I said why is there an additional charge if I am swapping items out and in addition you didn’t mention this charge before. She said its uber eats fault and they can’t make additions. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager and then said she can cancel the order or make it without any substitutions, I said I was going to cancel the order and this was poor customer service and she hung up. Very poor handling of the situation and they were incredibly rude.
I ordered a meal on their website and it never showed up. Online it said that they delivered. I called their phone number off of their website and it just said: please enter your remote access code? I think this restaurant is closed on thanksgiving but it didn't say that on the website, it let you order online.
Currently, doing takeout only. Tucked away in a little shopping center off Hillcroft. Great takeout! Had the orange beef, beef and broccoli, and combination lo mein. All of it terrific! Unassuming exterior, producing delicious foods inside.
