I live pretty close by and I always passed this place up. I decided to try them out today, and wow! The shawarma is absolutely delicious. As I’m writing this review I’m thinking about going back for a second time today! ?
I would give them 5 stars because I love their food but whenever I call to make an order they never pick up the phone. I have to go to the restaurant to make an order. Once I called for 15 minutes straight and the phone kept ringing. I went to the restaurant and their music was super loud.
Bought three shawarmas yesterday for me and my family. And we all are sick today. And this was the only food I ate the entire day.The funny thing is the wait time when they are not providing fresh food. When I started eating, it wasn’t fresh, was very soggy. Didn’t even finish to eat.Very disappointed! And I’m sick!
I just moved around the will rest locationI tried this branch and all the time a specific staff with a lovely attitude and customer service keeps me coming back always. His name is Yusuf he's a great employee,helpful, considerate and very respectfulThank you Mister Yusuf
Great tasting food however, the employees are not very professional in their approach when dealing with people's order. They play and joke around too much, especially in a place in the kitchen, which is very dangerous. I waited over an half an hour just for an order of two shawarma while my wife was waiting for me in the car, only to have burned and dry wrap around my shawarma. Very disappointed, because I did not had this kind of problem before. The manager should take the time to evaluate most these employees and train them to act professional manner, because it's a business that is being run and not a circus.
Just ordered from Ubereats. Great food, heathy, tasty, will be ordering again. Ponmo had the right texture, yams well cut and presented, Zion drink perfect. Recommended 10/10.
I Shawarma (sure wanna) eat more of this delicious Shawarma. ? This was my first time trying African Shawarma, but it definitely won't be my last time (not even my last time this week... ?). The restaurant is humble yet vibrant. Furthermore, the flavors the food packs are in your face and from outer space. I ordered the beef, chicken, and sausage, extra spicy Shawarma wrap ?, the best sweet potatoe waffle fries ever, and this amazingly gingery, hibiscus tea drink called Zobo. I had no idea what to order, but the kind and helpful ladies running this fine establishment took care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed the food while watching music videos from African artists I think. ?I Shawarma (sure wanna) recommend you go try 3Tees Shawarma stat. ?
To begin with I was quite intrigued by the name of the store “3teeshawarma” the manner of approach of the employees where very rude and nonchalant attitude. “I said hello there how are you?” Her response was what do you want? I did asked for her name but she refused to disclose that. (She’s lightskin)I ordered for just one shawarma; I was told it will take 15-20min for just 1 shawarma you can’t be serious. As you can see by the photos the employees where on their phone while I wait for just 1 shawarma. The other lady was on FaceTime with her friends while eating at the register. How’s this professional?My advice to the owner of this restaurant is to re- evaluate his/her employees; hire professional individuals who’s willing to go above and beyond to put a smile on every customers that walk in to the store.Ps this was on 03/06/2022

I used to love 3tees so much but, it just isn't the same as it was about a year ago. I've went back multiple times in the past months hoping that it would go back to how it used to be, but no luck. The tortilla is either burnt, or not grilled at all. Last week Monday we got 2 shawarma & 2 turkey. The shawarma did not have much sauce and lacked flavor, the tortilla was also just about raw. The turkey was still great though, I just wish the shawrma was still as good as before.
