First time ever ordering online website and this BS happens… i didn’t get my order. I need to file a police report if I don’t get my refund back.

The WORST customer service experience ever. I waited an hour before I got to take my meals home. They forgot my veggie sticks, the rolls, my ranch and blue cheese that I paid extra for including the ones that come with the meal, I spoke with manager Diana who informed me she’ll replace my meals including the items that were missing. I went to go pick it up and they refused to provide what was said to me because she was not in. They put me on hold while I was talking and explaining my concerns and the cashiers look like they do not care about their job whatsoever. HORRIBLE
We’ve had multiple visits to the local medical offices. My son requests Wing Stop every time and he’s been super satisfied.The folks have been friendly each visit, the wait has been minimal and the food was tasty.The restaurant (including restrooms) were clean!
Guys charge alot to not cook it right and not dress it right.
The last two times I ordered take out the fries were cold and soggy. Wings were ok, left comments on their app but never got a response. When this location first opened it was better so maybe a lack of employees causing issues?
Wings were fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and food was very tasty.
First off they said it would take 20 minutes to get our food. When we did, the wings were literally swimming in the sauce and one was garlic parmesan, should have been dry. The floors were wet and very slippery. I almost fell more than once. Tables were not being cleaned off as customers left, yet there was hardly anyone in there and plenty of time. Very disappointing. As my husband said, the only good this this visit was the fries.
Had a surprise blessing. Called to inform and the manager was nice. This was our first time experiencing wings from Wing Stop. The wings were cooked well and had a savory flavor. We will definitely have to order from there in the future.
Unfortunately their quality of work has gone down. The cashier are too busy on their phones to see when customers orders are ready. Do your self a favor and go to another wing place for better wings and even better service. Frankie Flavs won't disappoint and it'll cost you about the same. Even buying wings from HEB, taking them home to roast/grill, will be better. At least your oven's timer won't be too busy checking out it phone or flirting with the cooks, to let you know your food is ready.
