Their system was down but app was still accepting orders and payment. Came in for my pick up and had to reorder everything and wait 20 minutes on top of the original wait. 0 fast tracking , customer services or offers to accommodate the inconvenience. Aside from suggesting a 5 day wait on a refund. What a jokeEdit: the fries were burnt and had no seasoning.
We drove from SPI because it was going to be closer to our home, stop by this Wingstop ordered at 9:16pm, to other customers order after us and get there food before us it’s been almost 45 min waiting for our food and there excuse is “IM WAITING ON THE FRIES” it’s ridiculous in how this is being managed I understand that there must be a rush hour but you at least need to know how to time manage your orders NEVER COMING TO THIS WINGSTOP ANYMORE….
Very good food, but I ordered on line and when I arrived my order never printed out so it wasn't made till I got there.
Always order online to dine in. Love when Veronica is there. She is a very attentive employee. You never see her just standing around, she's getting things done and promotes customer surveys. I always get my free brownie ?
Very rude!!!!!! Called and all they could say was “please hold”. Left on hold for a total of 12 minutes. Then when they finally decided not to place me on hold all the girl could say was “you need to pay over the phone”. Not customer friendly at all!!!!!
Horrible wait time1 hour for my wings which weren’t wings just drums.Ranch half empty. And my buns were coldI mean staff wasn’t rude or anything just the food was horrible ?
Flies everywhere, box of chicken wings dripping blood next to the prep station where the carrots and sticks were cutting them. Cross contamination at its best . Staff did not care at all when I mentioned it. Disgusting restaurant and worse of all, unwrapped straws .when all the costumers were touching them . I Talked to the leader in charge and she doesn't even know how to handle big problems like that . Do not go to this restaurant unless you wanna contract with COVID 19 .Warning ⚠️⚠️
Restaurant is short staff which I totally understand but if you see a customer waiting for more than a hour in front of your face at least take the time to ask for the name of the order…they lost my receipt for my order now I have to wait 20 more minutes for my food! Really disappointed first & last time at this WINGSTOP !
Arrived here at 12pm, only 2 customers eating, 4 employees working.I ordered and waited almost an hour just for a simple 8 wing combo meal.
Was waiting a while as they were busy but what upset me was the fact my food was ready and by the time we got it was cold. I understand the cashier that saw to my order was new but she didn't offer to give me my cups for my drinks when asking about a special promotion they had posted her response was I dont know I'm new and cannot see the picture. Just overall not happy
