I recently visited the ed carey location and was very satisfied, with it being national wing day we decided to give this location another try since in the past it hadn't been up to part either. Today i waited a good hour for wings which I understand it's going to be a busy day but as I got home (which isn't more than 5 minutes from my house) my wings were cold and tasted as if was old already cooked chicken. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be giving this location another try. Only reason i gave this location two stars was because my daughter loved her cheeseburger.
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tuesday special 2 for 1 with the fries (we even pointed at the screen) paid, and I didn’t get a receipt…. When we received our order a few minutes later we didn’t have the fries.. we mentioned that we were missing fries and the employees stated that we didn’t order it with fries. After requesting a copy of the receipt, we noticed that they left off the fries- after arguing back and forth the employee mentioned that we were charged wrong and weren’t explained that there was a special July promotion excluding the fries, even though we ordered it with the fries. They told us that in order for them to fix it- we would have repurchase fries… after we had already been explained that the price would have been the same. The “supervisor” at the time offered no solutions and simply said that if we wanted fries we need to pay for them- even though we had ordered them.My parents ordered lettuce wraps and received brown avocado on them…. When they ask for their money back the “supervisor” simply looked at the food and walked around the counter to give them their money back. No apologies and no explanation. Customer Service is definitely not a priority and it’s upsetting as paying customers. Safe to say we will not be returning to Wing Barn.
DO NOT COME HERE. Cashier had attitude, waited 50 mins for a 25 wing meal to then be given to the 3 dudes next to us. Our two year old went hungry. We left to eat elsewhere.FYI If you see these dudes, be careful as they will literally eat your food next to your hungry kid without saying anything. And the staff will just say there’s a wait but they actually gave the food to someone else. Literally waited for our two year old to go hungry.
Very Helpful and friendly cashier. Speedy service. Clean facilities and awesome food.
Food and drinks are good. Staff is friendly. My only negativity is the wait for my food. Ordered the daily special of $.50 wings with a purchase of fries and vegs. I ordered around 3:30 pm I didn't get my food until...40 mins later.
The staff was helpful and courteous. It was worth the wait to eat the traditional bone in wings. Delicious!!! We had the Mango Habanero, Buffalo (medium), Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan flavors. I highly recommend this establishment.
Do not believe any reviews that are above 2 stars. This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It took nearly 50 minutes to get 10 wings, a burger, and fries. When we finally received our food, the burger was cold, half of the wings felt ice cold, and half of the fries weren't ready yet. I didn't eat more than one wing as I felt that it was unsafe to be eating what could be RAW chicken. I was told that the manager was too busy to come out of their office but could get a new order or receive a refund. Even if you choose the refund, they will charge you for soft drinks, which aren't included with your meal. I don't believe there was any management on site for what seemed like a bunch of kids both in the front and in the kitchen. The food is very overpriced even if it was decent. I would avoid eating here at all costs for the sake of your own health and safety.
Waited 45 minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich fries and onion rings. Burger fries onion rings were ice cold. This restaurant should be embarassed. This is not the first time. A few months ago the same thing happened. Management does not care about what is being served. And apparently they don't read any of the reviews.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. We got there almost 2 hours before closing and the two girls working the front were already cleaning to close and chairs on top of the tables. We waited 10 minutes to get our order taken because the girl in the register pretended to be on the phone, until the other girl came. Then we waited 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold, and while eating, they mopped around our table and no caution sign. It was obvious that the girls did not know how to work together. Never coming back! ?
After a long drive from ER I picked up something quick and that my whole family enjoys. From being told wait time was 20 minutes to actually waiting 1 hour and driving 5 minutes to get home this is what I came home to. I will never go to this place again nor recommend anyone it looks like and taste like old chicken.I will be taking the food back tomorrow since they are closed now.
