Wait time was ridiculously long Food was cold Hardly any cheese Took my favorite mushroom Swissburger off the menu! Very disappointed ���
Service was fairly fast even though it was lunch hour. The burger was ok but the fries were cold and tough.
Food was done VERY FAST TODAY! 3/22/22By the time we finished ordering my dr pepper shake was already done and given to me by the time my husband and son got our drinks found a table and literally sat down our food was done!!! Not even 5 minutes durong rhe lunch rush hour nothing to complain about food was excellent Tim was very helpful and Ready to serve you with napkin or a refill!
They take forever ! Was in line for almost an hour. Terrible service need to train better employees
My experiences from my childhood to now Whataburger have always been the place to go to get the best TX franchise burgers. We moved here in Harlingen from N. TX. When it was time to get some good burgers and food, this location did not carry the expectations we always had for so many years.Today was the second time we ate here because the last time we dined in it was not good. So we thought we would give this location one more time chance. You know, maybe had an off day?Well, today was bad again. Burgers were not hot or fresh; fries were not hot either. Ordering our meal, I actually told them I wanted hot burgers and fries. The wife wanted hers heated up in the microwave or something. Our burgers and fries tasted like they sit on the counter for about 20 to 25 minutes, yes, not hot or warm. Since this was the second bad experience, we will no longer support this location. The sad thing about it is that people here maybe don't know what's the difference and / or getting custom to this level of bad services.It's sad because they are not sitting the great experience you should have at the name of Whataburger.
Worse experience I've ever had. Food was cold and creamer was rotten.

Worst experience ever. I got the change wrong at the register, got the wrong drinks , then they didn’t put the Buffalo and ranch dips so I had to go back inside. Then finally when I get home there’s no creamy pepper sauce in the avocado bacon burger. Everything they could get wrong went wrong.
Service was fast, staff friendly and the store was clean. However I find the same burger at BK just tastes better.
