Ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers drive thru they forgot the bacon i had to get out with a twisted swollen ankle wait for 5 mins to get my food manager then complained I asked for fries for the trouble, said i was only getting one small fry lol never again going to Wendy's I only went because it was dead I wanted to get in and leave cheapness ruined my friday, go to Whataburger
An hr ago my bfs little brother got a burger n almost bit a piece of metal possibly from the grill cleaning brush n pretty much Wendy's said there was no way it could've gotten into the burger n if his brother bit into it he could've gotten hurt. Wendy's denied the piece of metal n basically said we planted it. The little brother is only 10 years old seriously! If I could give you guys a darn zero I would!
The food here isn’t always consistent compared to other locations. Staff is usually in a good mood except when they run out of supplies or their system goes down.
45 minute waiting in line as of right now. Just pulling up to pay hair now! Lots of people working inside and only about 3 cars parked outside. Worst experience and probably longest wait in my lifetime at a fast food place! Ridiculous!
I am still a big fan because of the times and laughs my daughter and I have had in Wendy's locations. I wasn't real happy though they only had chocolate frosty. I sometimes enjoy a plain vanilla one if you ask me and I was really craving one last night.
Love this place .. Love the taco salad. But they didnt have chips that come with my salad.
Clean, but people up front need more training... coffee was cold...
The drive thru service is terrible. I went there for breakfast and like always you can't get a receipt to make sure you are not being overcharged. I asked the girl at the window for the manager to complain about this issue and she told me that she was the assistant manager so I asked her for her name which she refused to give me. I left them disappointed only to get home and find out that I had received the wrong order. It's not the first time they give me the wrong order also so from now on I will not spend another dime at this store. Do your self a favor and don't stop there cause there's a good chance you'll get bad service. It's a shame that that Wendy's would allow this to happen to their businesses.
The food was great, warm when I got home, exactly how I ordered it. I have no complaints when it comes to the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, but the customer service was just plain bad. They referred to me as mam twice and thrusted my drink into my hand without even looking at me. Handed me my food and didn’t even say bye or have a goodnight, just handed me my food and ran off. Wasn’t sure if I had everything so I just left trusting everything was right. It was right
I occasionally head over to the Wendy's on Ed Carey to picked up lunch for my 5 kiddos and their always so quick and polite the wait isn't that long and the food is always awesome my kids love Wendy's keep up the amazing work.
